How we where inspired

We where inspired by the Freddy Kruger character as he haunts his victims before he kills them. We are thinking about using this idea in our film.

Another thing we liked was the hand held unsteady camera technique. This created excitement as some things are left unknown and it builds suspense.

We are also using our inspiration from saw, to add a gruesome effect to our title sequence.

We are going to take quite a lot of inspiration from Jaws, as it has one of the best soundtracks to build suspense. It is a classic film icon an famous for its music.

We are taking inspiration from this all time classic because again of the classic iconic use of sound. The stabbing scene is likely to be the most recognisable scene even to people that haven’t seen it, just because of the sound track.
