Welcome to Tutor.com!This is where you go to get helpfrom a tutor or find a resource.

You and your tutor work together in the online classroom.The entire session happens on screen in real time. You can chat with your tutor, draw on the interactive whiteboard and usedrag-and-drop shapes, drawing tools and formulas to work through your problem.

Getting help from a tutor is easy – just click on the Adult Education Center or Career Center and choose a subject with which you need help. For example, if you need help preparing for the GED, click on the GED PREP button.

Next, answer a few quick questions about what you’re trying toaccomplish. This lets us know exactly what you need help with – and how much help you need – so we can connect you to thebest tutor.

Set up an anonymous, free account so that you can tag andreconnect with your favorite tutors, store your assignments and files in a virtual locker and even review your past sessions when studying.

As another option, you can search the SkillsCenter ResourceLibrary to find academic instructional videos, informational web-sites, resume templates, interview tips and local job openings from a variety of sources.

Tutors can help you find educational, authoritative websites and resources for academic assignments and job searches. Thewebsite will appear in the classroom, and will link appear in the chat log so you can open the website in another window orbookmark it for later.

After each session, be sure to provide direct feedback by complet-ing our post-session survey. You can also save, replay, email or print your session for later reference.

To get help with writing assignments, research papers, essays, resumes or cover letters, select SHARE FILE to upload your docu-ment. The file will open in the classroom so that you and your tutor can work on your document to make improvements. At the end of the session, your tutor will send the marked-up copy back to you.
