Where “like” appears in the search criterial you may enter a full value for the search criterion.
If you do not know the name of the attribute you wish to filter under then you can select the
box and search for the correct criteria using the information you have.
For example, if you wish to search for projects for the CUBS but you don’t know the correct attribute
name for the school then you can do the following:
Click on the blue box to the right of the “School like” search criteria.
Enter the information that you have in the “Search Criteria” box and press enter.
Wild cards (Symbol = *) are a handy tool to help you narrow your search. E.g. In this example if you
entered *Bus* the search will return all schools where the name includes “Bus”. If you entered the
Bus* then the search will return all schools where the name begins with “Bus”.
The search will return all applicable results based on you request.
Click on the one which you want to use in your report and this will be auto-populated in your search
