Site Overview

• The main PMO page has several tiles for different functions

• Create New Demand – add a new idea submission for review

• Pending Demand View – PPM team view of pending workflows for approvals

• List of Demand Requests – All user view of items in demand

• Project Master List – PPM team only view of all project “Intake” data

• PMO Task – PMO Manager view of tasks on all projects

• PMO Issues – PMO Manager view of issues on all projects

• PMO Risks – PMO Manager view of risks on al projects

• Weekly Baseline – PPM team view of data for weekly status meetings

• Monthly Baseline – PPM team view of data for monthly ops reports

Adding a new idea – Create New Demand/Intake Request

• All SDO can enter a new demand/intake request

• Click on tile to open new demand/intake form

• You have the option of draft or submit

• Draft = entering Initiation, project not ready to start, not all information is submitted

• Submit = entering Concept Design, all information entered, ready for mobilization review

List of Demand Requests

• All SDO users have access to view the Demand list.

• This list shows all projects that have been entered (historical list)

• This view shows status of requests and all (I) information in 2007 Intake site.

SDO Project Manager View

• Project Managers will only see the New Demand and Demand list tiles

• Project Managers will be able to access project sub-sites once an Accountable Manager provides them access

• Sub-sites have their own URL and any data will show up in Project Master and all PMO tabs

Sub-site View

• Accountable Mangers will have initial ownership of the sub-site for any project that moves into Concept Design (regardless if Quick Hit or Project)

• AM can assign other Bright House person’s to the site through group permissions

Project Status Reports

Sub-Site Flexibility and Integration

• Project Managers/Accountable Managers can enter all information for the items on the left of the sub-site home page

• All items in Project Status Reports is synced to the PPM Master list

• All fields are updated dynamically to other web parts that use the data in Project Status Reports, Key Milestones, Risks, and Issues

• Status tab at top of sub-site home page allows replacement of current PM slides

• Sprints tab allows for links to JIRA and Confluence

• Team calendars are dynamic and can be synced with Outlook

• Key Milestones can be synced with MS Project 2013

Program Management Views

• PMO Managers have access to the PMO Risks, PMO Issues, and PMO Tasks tiles as well as the PMO Dashboard – Project Status tile

• You can dynamically search based on any of the columns on the PMO Dashboard view

PMO Tasks

• Tasks are for all projects in the various sub-sites, you can filter by any of the columns dynamically and in real time.

This list view allows for all the “Below the line” items in our current intake site along with some new fields that can provide additional reporting value.• Items are dynamically

updated from the Sub-site of a given project

• Some items need to be manually entered at this time

• Views can be created for custom reports and weekly status meetings

PPM Team Views

• PPM Team has access to all sub-sites, reports, tiles and lists

• PPM team can provide permissions for all areas of the site collection

• PPM team can update project data and present real time in meetings
