How to use VertexFX Orders Guard Application

1- First of all you need to login using a Dealer which has privilege one Transaction Log Report, Net Open Position

Report and Open manual Position privileges.

2- After that you need to add the Client’s Username or the Group’s Username that you want to restrict him of

opening a specific amount of opened amount for specific symbol, by right click on the Client/Group List Screen

then Choose Add Client/Group.

3- When you get the following screen, Enable Limitation for this Client/Group, you need to add the Group

description name that you want to see in your list, then add the Group or Client’s username only.

4- In the symbols list, you can edit all symbols or specific symbol and put the limitation number in the Limit

Column, so if the client tried to make more than 10 Lots at Gold the system will delete the transaction and create

another open position with the same price not more than 10 lots.

(-1) Means the client can open unlimited number of amount for DAX.

(0) Means the client will not be able to open any amount over this symbol.

5- When the client make more than 10 lots, he will get the following message:

In the above image you will notice that he has 13 Buy Positions, and 3 Sell Positions, and the total Hedge amount

is 10.

6- If you would like to make the total Buy and Sell not more than 10, you need to go to File� Options and disable

Hedge as Close by make it No.

If the Option is Enabled as YES, the difference between the hedge orders should not be more than 10.

If the Option is disabled as No. Hedge orders total amount should not be more than 10.

- Open Difference amount Option: If Yes, the application will be able to open the amount difference manually if the client made more than limited

amount. So if his limitation amount is 10, and he has 7 lots, and the client made another 5 lots, the system will

delete the 5 lots and re open 3 lots manually to make the total 10 and send him Maximum quantity Exceeded

message.

If No, The application will reject the transaction if the new order is bigger than the limited amount, So if his

limitation amount is 10, and he has 7 lots, and the client made another 5 lots, the system will delete the 5 lots and

send him a Maximum quantity Exceeded and his opened amount will stay 7 lots.

7- You can add many number of clients or groups, and each group has his own symbols’ configurations, you can see

in the Processed Transaction all transactions that have been deleted.
