HOW TO LODGE THIS FORMGo to VCAT’s website at www.vcat.vic.gov.au to find the current fee for issuing a warrant.

There are two ways to lodge and pay for this request:

1. Pay by credit card

2. Pay by cheque or money order

There are two ways the warrant can be issued:

1. The warrant can be sent to either the landlord or agent.

If you want the police to execute the warrant on the rented premises, you must take the letter and warrant to the police station nominated by VCAT.

2. The warrant can be sent directly to the relevant police station.

The police station will receive the warrant and then wait for you to contact them about executing it on therented premises. If you decide against executing the warrant, you should contact the police station to letthem know.

How is the police station chosen?

VCAT will nominate a police station that is close to the address of the rented premises.
