How to Submit an IMPACT Team Report
To get to this website, go to:
www.GAtracking.org
Use your personal username and
password given to you to log in.
Click on:Fill in an IMPACT
Report
Make sure you fill in the
month and year for the
report. That’s how the report
is filed.
If you need additional lines
in any category, just
click “Yes” and another line will appear.
Be sure to indicate how you are sending your
receipts in:By Fax or Mail.
When you are finished, click the
Submit button.
If you get interrupted, you can Save your work and come back later by
logging back in clicking on “View
my IMPACT Reports”
To finish up a report later,
log in and click on View my
IMPACT Reports.
Find the right month and click on the
Edit button to open it up.
Later, if you want to view your report, you can click on your name to view your final report.
If you happen to log in using a username &
password allowing you a higher level of access, you’ll need to know
where you need to go to
fill in an IMPACT Report.
Put your cursor over Reports on the top
menu and click on Impact Reports
Facilitator.
Select your name (or
whoever you are filling out a report for) from the drop down
list.
Then click on Submit to open up an IMPACT Report form.
Make sure you fill in the
month and year for the
report. That’s how the report
is filed.
If you need additional lines
in any category, just
click “Yes” and another line will appear.
