eEdge - How to start a 33 Touch Campaign The 33 touch is a dated drip campaign that automatically sends e-mails to your data base. It sends e-mails on specific, preset dates and goes for one year. It is designed for people in your data base to remind them that you sell real estate. You only have to set it up once and anyone in the group “33 touch” will receive it. Start with yourself if you are not comfortable with it and add contacts to the group later. Candidates for the 33 touch; Anyone you have an e-mail address for that you have made contact with in the past, past clients, family, friends, facebook friends, buyers and sellers who have gone through the 8 x 8 campaign, etc. How long do you send the 33 touch? Forever. The campaign ends in February then it starts all over for another year. 8 x 8 Campaigns; these are for new buyer or seller contacts. If you don’t know whether the contact is a seller or buyer they go into the 33 touch. Follow the 14 step instructions below – (we even have pictures). 1. Enter eEdge by clicking “View Contacts” 2. Click “Manage Groups” 3. Type 33 touch in “Create New Groups” – click “Save” 4. Click back to “Contacts” then click “Add Contact” 5. Enter your name and e-mail then save 6. Go to the bottom of the page and click “Add Groups” – choose 33 touch and click “Add Group” 7. Go to “Create Marketing” 8. Click “Profile” 9. Verify contact info, choose logo from list, upload your photo Note: Marketing requires an additional photo upload. 10. Click “Design Center” then “Design Gallery” Choose “Market to My Sphere” then “33 Touch” 11. Choose “Select” 12. Name – 33 touch then click “Next” 13. Choose “Groups” – “33 touch” then click the arrow and save 14. Click “Start” –You will now start receiving the 33 touch on the next date the 33 touch goes out. Every contact in the 33 touch group will automatically start receiving the campaign as well. Note: Don’t enter individual contacts into marketing, just add the group to that contact and it will start automatically.

The 33 touch is a dated drip campaign that automatically sends e-mails to your data base. It sends
