HOW TO SET UP YOUR PROFILE IN THE ENGLISH FOR CALL CENTERS VIRTUAL CLASSROOM

In case you have had problems to create your profile on the virtual classroom created for the English for Call Center Clubs, follow the steps on this booklet so you can be part of the Club through our virtual resources and avoid missing the weekly lessons we have. In order to have the process sucessfully completed, it is strongly recommended to set up your profile with a Gmail account. Step 1: enter the address https://e4callcenter.gnomio.com on your browser’s web address and then, on the upper right corner of your screen, click “log in”.

Step 2: scroll down to the bottom of the instructions you will see on the new screen and click on the button “create a new account”.

Step 3: write a username and a password for your new account. Enter all the information requested on the new screen and click on the button “create account” when you are done. Keep in mind that, when you write your First and Surname on the form, you have to write the same information that you have on your e-mail account. This is only to avoid errors during the process.

Step 4: a message saying that a confirmation e-mail was sent to your e-mail account will appear on your screen. Leave that screen and go to check your e-mail inbox.

Step 5: you will find the confirmation e-mail on your main inbox. If not, click on the Spam folder to ensure that you received the e-mail.

Step 6: open the e-mail and click on the hyperlink you will find there, or copy and paste it on your browser’s web address.

Step 7: a confirmation screen will appear informing you that your account was successfully confirmed. Then click on the button “courses”.

Step 8: you will be taken to the courses screen. Click on the title “English for Call Centers Club” to continue.

Step 9: you will be taken then to the enrolment options page. Scroll down the mouse and you will find the “enroll me” button. Click on it.

Step 10: finally you will be taken to the home page of the English for Call Centers Club Virtual Classroom where you will find the activities uploaded per week so you can stay up to date with the information given on our meetings every Friday. In case you can not attend to the course, the virtual classroom will be very useful. Keep your username and password in a safe place so you do not have problems in the future to access to the classroom again.
