How to set up your Math Notebook
I used a composition book which is smaller than most notebooks. The printouts will fit in here, but you will
need to cut the outer edges (or margins) to
allow it to fit.
These are just suggestions and
ideas! Remember to make your
notebook YOUR OWN!
Math Reference Sheet
Inside Front Cover
Folded Table of Contents (page 1) Number Line (page 1)
Math Rules Sheet (page 2)
Blank Addition Chart (page 3)
I taped only the top of the
addition chart so that I can flip it up to reveal the
completed addition chart.
The 120 chart is taped only on the top, and I folded it in half so I can flip
it down to use it, or fold it up to store it. The number line to 100 is underneath.
(page 4)
120 chart flipped down:
Ten Frames for modeling basic
facts. There is an
envelope for storing counters.
(page 5)
Doubles facts coloring page.
(page 6)
You can add other strategies to this page, or practice
writing your doubles facts.
Password list to keep
information from websites you use a lot.

(Final Page)
Envelope to keep math tools, small pieces, etc.
