The best way to make sure they do not swallow their toys is giving them toys that are bigger than their mouths. You can have a collection of more than one type of toys so that they enjoy their own toddler game in the crib. Rubber toys are a great idea. Wooden ones are not safe as they can hurt the child in the case where the toys fall on them by mistake.

You never, even at one time, want your precious child to get hurt. At least, you do not want anything in their surrounding that would be potentially harmful.

In that case, make sure the toys are made from materials that won’t cause harm while they nibble on them. They should be lightweight and smooth. Rubber toys are highly recommended because they’re easy to wash and don’t get damaged when babies chew them.

Buy a variety of toys. Toys of different colors help develop your child’s vision and toys of different textures help them distinguish different surfaces. Choose toys that have quiet and soothing music to put your little one to sleep.

Loud music will only damage your baby’s hearing. Crib toys are learning tools for your baby therefore choose cautiously and give them toys that develop their senses.
