How to run a Report in Footyweb- Parent Helpers

The reports section of Footyweb will allow you to pull out all the information you may need from time to time

on your Auskick participants and parent/guardians. Use the steps below to help you get the key information

you need from Footyweb.

1. Once you have logged into your Centre in the Footyweb system, select Reports

2. Scroll down to the Members tab on the left-hand side. Underneath the Advanced Member

section, click Configure

Now you can choose which information you need by opening each tab on the left-hand side and dragging the

field across into the selected fields section.

3. Open the Personal Details tab and drag across the FootyWeb Number, First Name & Family Name

4. Close the Personal Details tab and open the Parent/Guardian tab.

5. Drag information for Parent/Guardian 1 – Parent Name, Parent Family Name, Mobile, Email

6. Close the Parent/Guardian tab and open the Other Fields tab. Scroll down and select School Grade

and drag across.

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the tab and drag across the Season field

8. Filter this field so that the filter has Equals and the relevant season (2018)

9. Close the Season tab and open Unlimited CFs tab

10. Scroll down and drag across Can you help our centre with any of these tasks?

11. Before running the report, we recommend selecting the Group By option and selecting School Grade

so you can see an easy to view report of who will help in each group. Once you have done this you

can also save the report by clicking Save. This will mean you wont have to create the report again (it

will automatically update new registrations).

Once you select run report, your report will appear and show all parents and what tasks they listed they can

help out with.
