Conducting Classes

• Primary authorized trainers must teach at

least 50% of the class (unless class is

taught with other authorized trainers) and

maintain a list of guest trainers used, topics

they delivered, and their qualifications.

• Classes are limited to a maximum of 40

students and a minimum of 3 students.

Q – The system will not accept my passwordA – The problem may not be the password, however, you are required to create a password that meets the following rules: Eight (8) or more charactersMust use at least one Capital Letter, one Lower Case Letter, one number and one special character (#,$,%,&, etc.).If the system shows a red asterisk beside your password, it is only there because there are other issues on the page. The password must be re-typed when there are errors on the page. Look for another red asterisk beside another item(s) on the page.

Q – The system will not accept the expiration date for my recent course.A – The system date field is set up to auto populate when using the pop-up calendar. If it does not appear, type the date in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD (Four digit year-two digit month-two digit day).

Q – What is supposed to go in the Title shown at the top of the Registration page?A – If you have a certification or title that should follow your name (ex.: CSP, CIH, CHST, OSHT, MPH, PhD, MD, etc.) complete this field, otherwise leave it blank. The system will type this title behind your name on the student cards.

Q – I just registered but now I can’t log into the system. I need to submit a course report or advanced notice…HELP!!A – The system will not allow you to log in until your registration is approved. Approvals are normally completed within 24 – 48 hours if your trainer verification documents are on file (Signed Statement of Compliance and Copy of current Trainer Card or Certificate ). If you have not sent these documents to us, you must email or fax the documents before your registration can be approved. You will receive an email from us if we need your documents

Approval Notice

You will receive an email letting you know when your account has been approved. After your account is approved you may submit a request for student course completion cards.
