How to make a PowerPoint into a Word document

Click on the Outline tab.Copy and paste the outline viewof the slide show into Word

Click and drag to highlight text.Copy and paste into a newWord document

Start editing – delete items, add names of announcers, insert introductions to film clips, etc.

Save as Word 2003 or asRich Text Format. These versions will open in the Flip Q teleprompter software.
