How To Lose Weight - As Well As Keep It Off?
That is the question all of us ask ourselves. It is the reason why we join gyms, attempt fad diets, visit
boot camps, and buy gym equipment and DVD programs off infomercials. It is the reason why we
make New seasons resolutions. It is what we promise ourselves every year as the weight scale
gradually goes up. We put on some weight each year and don't seem to be capable of taking it all off
as we physical exercise to get ready for summer and bikini season , so as the years pass we get

ourselves ragged two weeks before leaving in the hopes this will get the weight lower.

great so we don't actually feel like taking a walk.
As the summer gets near we reluctantly get the butts within gear but by then we have more weight to

weekends are filled with beers and barbeques and we are fortunate to maintain the weight.
Then the fall arrives and we place our summer time clothes aside and forget about working out until
January first.

out and eat all those greasy and sugary foods?
