How to get approved for a Mortgage after Bankruptcy?

Unfortunately I had to declare bankruptcy in 2007. I do have an over due bill buut, I plan on paying that next month. I have no credit cards & pay in cash all the time. So, as of Next year 2012. I would have worked at my job for over 1+ years. In 2012, It will be 5 years since my Bankruptcy. At that point, I would have rented an apartment for 2+ years.
