How to Generate an OFCCP Report on ClearedJobs.Net

What is OFCCP? OFCCP stands for Office of Federal Contract Compliance and is part of the Employment Standards Administration of the Department of Labor.

OFCCP Reports are Easy to Generate and Accessible for all ClearedJobs.Net CustomersThe next time you need your OFCCP reports for your own internal auditing or in response to a Department of Labor Audit, just follow these simple steps to access your reports:

1. Login to your Account

2. Under Statistics, click the Get Statistics

Select the Date Range

3. Click on the Calendar icon

4. This will bring up a calendar for you to select the date range for your report. First you will select the start date under “Enter Start Date” and then select the end date under “Enter End Date”

Pulling Your Report

When the statistics report is displayed, scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the resume search section.

Here you will find the link for OFCCP reports available in .CSV/Excel and .XML formats

5. Click the link circled in red to generate the .CSV report.

Your OFFCP Report

You can select to pull your report in .CSV which will appear as an Excel Report. This is how the report will look: (Note in Colum B, the hyperlink shown will display the actual resume(s) viewed as shown in Column F)
