Step 1: Open windows explorer, open up the first folder: C:\Program Files\Common

Files\Apple\Apple Application Support.

C:\Program Files (x86) folder.

Step 2: Once you’re inside that folder, find the file could not be located in the

be: C:\Program Files\Syncios\.
