Start by Opening your

Payroll Mate Program

Go to → File → Open Company 1

Click → OK 3

Select a company to open

Go to → Tools → Export W-2 Information to W2 Mate

Click → Save

Select a location to save the W2 Data

Create a name for the W2 data 7

Now Close out of your Payroll Mate Program and Open your W2 Mate Program 10

Go to → Import Data → From Payroll Mate Software (W-2 Data)

Click → Browse to find the W2 file from Payroll Mate
