HOW TO CREATE YOUR PROFILE IN THE SCHOOLOGY PLATFORM

1. Enter to the website http://www.schoology.com. You will be shown the screen

below. Click on “Sign up”.

2. Select the option “student” to properly enroll to the platform.

3. Then the website will ask you for a passcode. Type the code TKDB7-3HPVT in

the bar and click on “continue”. Remember to type the code in capital letters.

4. Next, fill in the blanks with the information requested. Feel free to use any

email account you may have as Schoology is compatible with several email domains.

5. After that, your profile will be automatically created. You will be welcomed to

a page similar to the old Facebook page design. Click on the drop down menu

“Courses” and then select the option “Call Center Training Club Section 1”.

6. Finally, you will reach the home page of the Call Center Training Club Virtual

Classroom. Feel free to check the menu on the left-side to find the materials that

will be uploaded during the course.
