How to create a Group ID

and a User Account for

Service Partner

1. Create a Group ID for Service Partner

Login to the Academy portal, http://academy.dlink.com.tw/default.asp and click the ‘Register’

Select the ‘Register’ for creating an account

Select the ‘Register new’

Fill up all the details and click the ‘Save’

Note:

1. Since the web administrator will manually verify the company information, the

verification process usually takes 2 or 3 working days.

2. The administrator might ask contact person for more information.

3. Once the process completes, the administrator will send a notification mail with

group ID and password to contact person’s email box.

Create a User Account for Service Partner Company

Login to the Academy portal, http://academy.dlink.com.tw/default.asp and click the ‘Register’

Select the ‘Register’

Click on the ‘Already a member’ and input your group ID and password provided by notification

mail from the website administrator and click the ‘Submit’

Then click on the ‘Members’ to create and delete the user account.

To create a new account, click on the ‘New Email’

Input the users’ email id in the text box and the click the ‘Send’. Then the users will receive the

notification email with a link by which the users can active his or her account in this website.

If you want to remove the user account, just click the ‘Remove’
