Goal How to gather collect_support_materials from command line

Environment Product: CelerraProduct: VNX Unified/FileEMC SW: NAS Code AllEMC SW: VNX Operating Environment (OE) for File AllEMC SW: NAS collect support materials

Resolution Follow these steps to collect the support material for NAS/VNX File OE:Log in as nasadmin user to the Control Station using SSH tools like Putty (Enter Control StationIP address).

1.Run /nas/tools/collect_support_materials, which can take five minutes or more depending onthe NAS configuration.

2.When completed, it will show the full path of collect support materials (usually /nas/var/emcsupport).
