How to claim your CME credits, and ABIM MOC points.

ASE Members:

1. Go to ASEcho.org and log on to the Member Porta l wi th your username (emai l ) and password.

a . I f you forget your password, s imply c l ick “Retr ieve” under the login.

2. C l ick on Education / ASEUniversity from the top navigation bar. (This wi l l take you direct ly to your ASEUnivers i ty member pro�le) .

Nonmembers:

1. Go to ASEUnivers i ty .org.

2. Log into your exist ing account using the red Log In but ton on the top r ight or create a new account.

3. C l ick on “My Account” on the top r ight .

Claiming Credit :

4. Select the “Add Access Code” opt ion f rom the lef t navigat ion bar and select "Cl ick here to redeem i t" .

5. Enter the code “FLORIDA2019” and c l ick the “Redeem Code” button.

6. Ver i fy your registrat ion informat ion. Be sure to use the same informat ion that you used to register for the event . Cl ick “Verify” .

7. Once ver i�ed, c l ick the “CE Information” tab and “Take Exam” to c la im your CME credi t . CME credi ts are not earned unt i l the ent i re evaluat ion has been completed.

8. Remember to enter your ABIM/ABA and bir th date i f you choose to have MOC points for th is course submit ted to ABIM/ABA. There is a space for th is informat ion on the �rst page of the evaluat ion.

9. Once you have completed the evaluat ion, your cert i�cate wi l l be avai lable for immediate download and can also be found under “My Account” in the “My Transcripts” .

The American Society of Echocardiography is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Society of Echocardiography designates this live activity for a maximum of 30.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for attending both the Main Conference and Learning Lab. Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enablesthe participant to earn up to 30.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenanceof Certification (MOC) program and/or the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) Maintenance of Certificationin Anesthesiology Program or MOCA. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME creditsclaimed for the activity. It is ASE’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC and ABA MOCA credit.
