A few years back, I launched a campaign (wrote some letters) which successfully saw the return of Roast Beef Monster Munch to our supermarkets. This is a loosely-based stand up/breakdown show which revolves around a handful of other letters I have penned out of frustration, with mixed results. It’s a show about those little annoyances. Too frivolous to be a cause. Too inconsequential to be a campaign.

Following the highly successful gold album ‘Up On The Roof’ released on Sony Music in 2011, The Drifters are back on the road in the UK performing both the classic hits from the last six decades and their superb new material.

A superb eleven piece band fronted by ‘Stars in Your Eyes’ grand finalist Pete Bultitude, the voice of Mr Collins. The show recreates the ‘Both Sides Tour’ of 1994 adding new songs such as… ‘Missed Again’ and ‘Both Sides of the Story’ in addition to performing the classic hits ‘In the Air Tonight’ and ‘Easy Lover’... a full two hours plus of Phil Collins’ solo career.

ANNIE is the perfect family musical, bursting with songs including: “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile”, “Easy Street,” “The Hard Knock Life” and of course” Tomorrow”.

The Apollo Players have been presenting musicals in Glasgow and beyond for 46 years and are delighted to return to the Pavilion Theatre with ANNIE which will be the company’s 100th Musical Production.
