You often use huge amount of money on different treatments to retain or regain the original hair however, there are many simple inexpensive methods that will help you to maintain your heritage hair. These can be done in three simple ways. Routine precautions/protection. 1. Cover hair with scarf or cap while going out in sun, rain and winter. 2. Choose less hair style and combing as hair styling and excess combing as it may lead to hair breakage. 3. While sleeping you must ensure that the pillow you are using must be of satin or any satin type silky material because the weave of cotton fibres can cause individual stands of your hair to tangle and break. 4. You must be careful before using any hair accessories like hair bands and designer baby clips as its sharp edges could literally tear your hair out and you also can get scratches on your scalp so choose the cloth covered clips and hair bands if possible. 5. Always prefer an extra wide tooth comb as it will make your hair tangle free easily, without harming your scalp. Always detangle your hair by making small sections. 6. Don’t comb the wet hair only finger detangling easily will help you somehow but better avoid combing your hair, immediately after the hair wash. 7. If you are going out in a windy or sunny day be sure you cover your hair and don’t expose it to direct sunlight or fog as sun rays can cause split ends and cool weather can cause dandruffs. 8. Comb your hair before washing it and wash it by making small partitions of it. While cleansing rinse your hair with the finger tips rather than rinsing it with the nails. 9.
