HOW TO APPLY

To apply to the Master of Public Health Graduate Degree program, prospective students should complete the steps below:

• Complete and submit a Master of Public HealthSupplemental Program Application to Cal State LA's Collegeof Professional & Global Education (PaGE). SupplementalProgram Application can be found at: calstatela.edu/dtla/master-public-health-downtown-la

• If you are a first-time applicant, create an account andprofile for the PaGE Online Portal

• Upload completed Supplemental Program Applicationand documents to the PaGE Online Portal. Documentsinclude: Statement of purpose, professional resume, copy ofunofficial transcripts for all colleges or universities attendedincluding Cal State LA

• Mail two completed references forms from academic and/or professional references to:

Students pursuing their degree at Cal State LA Downtown may not take courses at Cal State LA's Main Campus as part of their degree program. Only students admitted to programs offered in Downtown may attend courses at Cal State LA Downtown after paying all required fees.
