Go to Assessment under Quicklinks
Choose PowerSchool/Limelight under Assessment
Login using the same login/password used for Powerschool:
Login =firstnamelastnameschoolnumber
Password =Teacher ID Number
To access Limelight, choose Manage Tests.
Under Tasks, choose either Assignments or Test Reports.
To access the correct test reports, choose the
benchmark test under the Assignment that you are
analyzing.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the Assignment Reports.
Types of Reports
Item Assessment
Student Proficiency
Standards Assessment
Using the Item Assessment Reports:
Choose graph and a red line will be displayed under the icon
The graph option displays the percentage of students who
scored correctly per test item.
Click on the green bar to display detailed information
about the test item. The correct answer is shown along with the answer distribution.
Choose table to view raw numbers for each test item. In addition, you can
analyze how your students performed on various types of questions
MC = Multiple Choice MCOR = Constructed Response/Performance Event
Choose tree to view different groupings of raw data per test
item.

Student
For example, choose student to display how many points each student received per test item.
Each student is able to view how many points they received per test item.
Using the Student Proficiency Reports:
Choose Student Proficiency
The graph option displays the grade distribution for the
assignment.
To view student’s names at each proficiency level, click on desired portion of the graph. In addition you can see each student’s percentage in that
proficiency level.
Choose table to display each student’s:
Percentage Score
Points Earned out of Points Possible on the Benchmark
Student’s Proficiency Level

Using the Standards Assessment Reports:
Choose Standards Assessment
The graph option displays how the students performed on
each standard.
By clicking on the colored bar in the graph, a list of students
that performed at that proficiency level will be
displayed by skill. A perfect way to identify the skill groups needed in your
classroom.
Choose table to view:
a description of each standard
the number of students who scored at each proficiency level in your classroom

Options for printing reports:
Screen Shot:
Hold down the following keys: shift, command, 4 at the same time.
Click and drag to highlight desired area to print.
Release and a screen shot icon will appear on your desktop.
Tables and Trees:
Use the following icons on the top right of screen to generate a report.
