How to activate your video representatives

Step 1

Important: you need to have a unique, working email-address for each representative.Video reps will get an email from Zoom to activate their account. If they do not do this, they won't be able to host meetings.For representatives created earlier an admin needs to send the activation link from your admin page. Click on each representative and click the marked button.

**If you create new video reps from now on an automatic email will be sent when you click "save".

Step 2

The video represenative will get the following email from Zoom. Please also check your spam folder.

> Click “Activate your zoom account ”

Step 3

> Zoom's homeoage will open. Please click “Sign Up with a Password”> Now, you are finished and the correct meeting link can be accessed from your admin page, when you

click on each video rep. You can right-click and copy the link to send it to the right persons.> It's important that your representatives use this link because this is the only link to start the meeting as

the host. From sacomassan.se you can only join as a participant.

The email is not registered at all. Please click resend zoom activation link.
