How to Accept Ticket Partner Designation

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A 2019 MYBLUEJAYS ACCOUNT YET, BEGIN HERE AND FOLLOW STEPS 1-12 ONLY

IF YOU DO HAVE A 2019 MYBLUEJAYS ACCOUNT (i.e. 2019 GAME PACK OR FULL SEASON TICKETS), BEGIN AT PAGE 10

AND FOLLOW STEPS 13-17 HERE ONLY


1. Go to www.mybluejays.com

2. Click “Log in to MyBlueJays”

3. Click on “2019 Ticket Partner”

1. If you have NEVER had a MyBlueJaysaccount:

2. If you have had a MyBlueJays account before:

a) Enter your email address and

password you would like to

use for your account. Your

password should only contain

numbers and letters

b) Press “Next”

a) Enter the same email address and

password used in the past. If you

have forgotten your password, use

the “Forgot Password” link to

reset it. This link will take you to a

Ticketmaster page, travel back to

this page once you have

completed resetting your

password.


3. Copy the “Partner Code” and “Partner Secret Code” from the email you received from the Primary Season Ticket Member who added you as a Ticket Partner.

4. Paste these codes into the appropriate boxes. Ensure that you do not include any extra spaces when you copy and paste.


5. Complete requested member details.

6. Click “Next”.

Please note: Under ‘Primary Phone Number’, please use a number that allows us to reach you on a game day or during a game. This will be used in the event that we need to resolve an issue with your tickets or notify you of any changes regarding a MyBlueJaysexperience.


7. Decide whether you would like to opt-

in to account-related emails and

Toronto Blue Jays emails.

PLEASE NOTE: If you DO NOT check

at least the first box, you will not

receive any correspondence from the

Blue Jays, including important

information about upcoming games,

game time changes, exclusive event

opportunities etc.

8. Click, “Next”.


9. Read the 2019 MyBlueJaysAgreement, and check the box to confirm that you agree.

10. Click, “Next”.


12. Registration is complete! This is your 2019 MyBlueJays home page.


Begin here if you ALREADY have a 2019 MyBlueJays account (i.e. you are a 2019 Season

Ticket Member or Game Pack Member)

13. Log in to your MyBlueJayshome page.

14. Select, the “Account” tab.

15. Select, the “Partner Management” button.


16. Copy the “Partner Code” and

“Partner Secret Code” from the

email you received from the

Primary Season Ticket Member

who added you as a Ticket

Partner.

Paste these codes into the appropriate boxes. Ensure that you do not include any extra spaces when you copy and paste.

Click, “Accept Invite”.


17. You can now toggle between your MyBlueJays accounts from this drop down menu.
