It was hindering me in my life both in terms accomplishing my goals, and emotionally. 02
When looked for this information I was amazed that celebrities suffered from anxiety like I did. 03

We have 50,000 thoughts per day. 01
80% of the thoughts that we have are negative. 02
This disproportion of thoughts negatively affects your self-esteem. 03
Insight about our thoughts
You need to allocate a few minutes per day. 01
Write down the 5 good things that you accomplished in the last 24 hours. 02
Perform it for 4 weeks to develop into a habit. 03
Technique: Success Journal
Think about the 3 good things that you accomplished over the last 24 hours.
Write one of those good things in the comment section.
Let's start it right now
Like Job Interview, a date, public presentation and new things. 01
In order to make significant progress in your life, you have to go through a
series of such stressful events.
02
Everything that you want lies outside of your comfort zone. 03
How do you deal with uncomfortable, stressful situations?
How you ever felt like you really need to do something but you do not feel like doing it?
Write down in the chat area
Our brain starts projecting possible outcomes and we start thinking "What if?" 01
Since the majority of our spontaneous thoughts are negative, you get anxious and scary
thoughts. 02
We can't sleep normally at night and we do not feel enthusiastic about this upcoming
event
03
It is natural. We have part of our brain called limbic brain which forces to go away from
pain towards pleasure
04
If you link negative emotions to this event, then certainly you want to avoid it. 05
"Stop thinking about what could go wrong and start thinking of what could go right" 06
Psychology behind being uncomfortable in new situations
David Goggins is considered to be the toughest man alive 01
Extreme athlete, held a record for the most number of pull-ups 02
When he walked into the Navy seal recruitment office, he was told that there were only
35 African Americans in the past 70 years who made it through. 03
Most people will be discouraged, but Goggins asked himself “what if I could be the
36th ?”
04
When you start adding this positive meaning then you associate this event with
pleasure 05
Then you totally change the way you perceive this event. You can't even wait to get to it 06

“It's hard to be humble when you're as great as I am.“
When you just had doubts. It could be that you are not even sure which goal to pursue or where to start from. Or it could be the opposite one where you have a bunch of options and you do not know which one to pick.
Finally, it could be that you know what needs to be
done but you do not really feel like doing it.
Have you ever felt lost in life?
31
When you are in doubts or just don’t feel like it.

How to stay motivated?
Many times body-building champion, famous Hollywood actor and former
governor of California 01
During his body-building career, he said "I could not wait to get the gym, because I knew
that every rep is getting me one step closer to turning that vision of mine into reality”. 02
He was born in poverty after the second world war, he dreamed about finding the way to
make it in life. 03
Once he knew about Reg Park who became a bodybuilding champion and became a leading
man in Hollywood and made millions of dollars. He thought it was a great life plan for him. 04
That is how he was motivated to train for 5 hours a day every day for many years. 05
He did not take just a single action. He made it a compelling vision that he had about
his bright future. 06
Story from Arnold Schwarzenegger
When was a teen I become interested in successful people and noticed they all had a
compelling vision for their ideal future.
01
Which made them jump out of bed every morning. 02
Usually we set goals which are demotivational. 03
Research about people who exercise and people who don't found that people who don't
exercise associate it with things that are boring and unpleasant. But people who do exercise
regularly. They associate exercise with being beautiful, healthy, energetic and successful.
04
Compelling vision about your ideal future
How should my life look ideally? 01
What are the things that I want in my life? 02
They create this vision that motivates them. 03
Then they take this daily step that moves them one step forward towards that vision. 04
That is how they keep themselves motivated, confident throughout the journey. 05
06
How do top performers set goals? They ask themselves
"The goal that you set becomes your teacher."
It shows you what books you need to read
What people you need to get advice from?
What skills you need to develop?
You have to grow to be able to hit this goal.
There was a guy called Kop Kopmeyer. Who researched lots of successful people
and came up with 1000 qualities that differentiate successful people. 01
When he was asked what was the single most important quality, he said
"Learn from the experts. You do not live long enough to learn everything
you need by yourself"
02
Research about successful people

I was coaching a wealthy Arabic Sheikh when I asked him for his feedback on my course He said, "I am an amateur in this subject and you are a pro and I am not entitled to judge your work" I was amazed to hear this. I have asked many people for 11 years about their feedback no one really gave me this answer. Even though he was a wealthy person, he was so humble when it came to learning. When you are faced with uncertainty and have doubts about a certain problem. The answers are already known. There were millions of people who went through the same problems and some found the solutions.
If you are willing to learn
there is virtually no limit
to how much you can grow
and what you can achieve.

Do you know the 1 thing you can NOT change?
Type "YES“ in the Comments area
The single instinct that the scientists found that you cannot change is eyebrow flash. This is the only thing that we are biologically programmed to do. When it comes to anything else you can transform your behavior.
The single instinct that you cannot change
One approach is to think about the next step but the top performers are using a totally
different approach. 01
They think about their ideal future even though it may take 5 or 10 years to reach. They
have this big bright vision about their ideal future. 02
Then they ask themselves what do I need to learn and how do I need to grow to make this happen. 03
Summary about Goal setting There are two main approaches.
You can think about this right now OR even after this workshop. It is a very important question to ask yourself that can transform your life.
What Would You Dare To Dream If You Know That It Is Going To Work Out?
If you follow this you will eliminate a lot of doubts from your life and be more motivated, confident and achieve a lot more

Schooling beat Michael Phelps and got the gold
medal and Phelps got the Silver.
First of all, if you can find the role model who is transparent enough you can follow the
proven recipe and shorten your progress towards your goal. 01
The second thing is the motivational and confidence building part. Because somebody did
it so that you know you can do it as well. 02
Most of the successful people started from scratch. 70 - 80% of the millionaires are self-made. 03
Modelling Success

even speak. 01

every day and write down the 5 good things that you
did over the last 24 hours.
How to build confidence on a daily basis? 02
