B To start service for Bruker EDS systems it is important to identify the system be-fore. So please take a look to the following numbers:
1 XFlash type and serial number

+ In this sample the XFlash type is 5030 and serial number is 4668.

2 System number, product code and software version
+ open Esprit software
+ go to menu “System” and sub menu “System”
