How do I update and/or make changes to my electronic consent for Form W- 2?

Answer:

Updates to your electronic consent for Form W-2 can be completed online via EagleNET through the EWU website.

The following steps will guide you through the process of consenting or revoking consent to receive your Form W-2 electronically.

Login to EagleNET from the EWU website@ https://access.ewu.edu/ In the upper right corner, click on EagleNET. (2 Options for logging in will be illustrated.)

Option #1 for logging into EagleNET

You will now need to select Eastern SSO

Click Here

You are now ready to login on the Eastern Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enter your Net ID and Password to Login

Your Net ID can

be found on

your EagleCard

or by clicking

the link below.

If you do not know your NetID or password, click on “Need your NetID or password?" for assistance. If you are in need of additional assistance, call the EWU Help Desk (509) 359-2247.

Option #2 for logging into EagleNET

You will now need to select Employees (found at the bottom)

You are now ready to login into EagleNET

Enter your User ID and PIN

Your User ID is

your 8 Digit

numeric ID

Your PIN is initially set-up as your Date of Birth (MMDDYY)

If you do not know your PIN, click on “Forgot PIN?” to answer the security verification questions. If you cannot answer the challenge question, call the EWU Help Desk (509)359-2247 for further assistance

You are now in EagleNET

Now select Employee

Now select Tax Forms

Now select “Electronic W-2 Consent”

You are now ready to make or change your Electronic Regulatory Consent election by

checking or unchecking the My Choice box. Then click the Submit button

Checking this box will result in receiving

“only” an Electronic W-2

Unchecking this box or leaving it blank will

result in a paper Form W-2 being mailed to

the Permanent address on record (Address

changes can be made under the Personal

Information tab)

Health Care Authority will provide Form

1095-C (EWU will not use this election)

After checking the My Choice and clicking the Submit button, a confirmation will appear that the submition was successful.

My Choice will remain that you have

consented to receive an electronic W-2

Health Care Authority will provide Form

1095-C (EWU will not use this election)

If you wish to revoke you consent after you previously consented to receive an electronic W-2, simply uncheck the My Choice and click Submit.
