Create inter-corporation consortiums. At this time, a charter is being written between Cigna and one other corporation which will allow sharing of curation strategies and
content, to encourage synergy. Other interested companies are discussing this concept.
Develop incentives for users to actively review, recommend and comment on resources.
Engage teams to take control of their own content curation and development. This is currently being done actively by Project Management and Marketing teams and is in the
pipeline with three other functional groups
Cigna is moving further into developing the highest quality 21st Century corporate learning apparatus. This involves engaging learners in the next level of social and
collaborative learning.
People are looking beyond L&D for their learning and development.

• It cut the cord to costly, formal, static, canned learning materials and established a curation team.
