This year’s Passenger Vessel Association Conference was held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Houston, Texas, where the theme was western. Yee Haw!
Builders, operators, and owners are some of the people you see at the annual Passenger Vessel Conference. Services range from ferries to riverboats, yacht charters to dinner cruises, and everything in between that makes the whole operation possible. Exhibiting here ensures Hot Shots is the first choice when tour companies and boating operations are looking to add to their revenues by adding souvenir photos to their lineup.
And to follow with tradition, PVA conducts a friendly competition between exhibitors and their respective regions. Hot Shots was part of this year’s winning team, the River’s Region! Look closely, and you’ll find Hot Shots staff in the photo!
New in 2014!Hot Shots Imaging strives to innovate and remain creative in our methods and practices to keep abreast of technology and improve the guest experience at every interaction. One of the methods we are exploring this summer includes video clips with picture-in-picture technology! Guests will have their whole jet boat experience captured from multiple angles so they can relive their bucket list adventure!

Sam has been with Hot Shots Imaging for almost 2 years at our Hoover Dam location, and since his start with the
company, Sam has improved drastically in all areas to include sales, customer service and professionalism! Sam’s natural ability to relate to guests, whether it’s about sports or geographic origin, enables him to
become a part of each guest’s experience. Sam’s friendly attitude and his willingness to assist have allowed him to excel at sales and become a 4-time recipient of our Sales Leader award! This award is only given out once a quarter, and Sam has proven himself time and time
again. Because of Sam’s impressive skills and outstanding attendance, he has also won Employee of the Month twice in 2013! Thank you Sam for all your hard work
and dedication! You are consistently a great example to follow! Keep up the great work!
