The new range of Hospital products comes from LABEL thirty-year experience in the automatic doors market and includes automatic doors for surgery rooms, analysis laboratories, X-ray diagnostic rooms and controlled access areas.
Aligned with market purposes, Hospital doors have a specific technical value and include several accessories.Sealed doors, hermetically sealed doors, panels and intrados made by the most suitable materials according to the usage required, such as:laminate, stainless steel, glazed steel or glasses with specific sound-proof features.The cycle performed by Label includes all phases, from design to production and sales, through a production phase which is performed by departments with specialized personnel.
The high reliability of Evolus operators, ensuring the safety of all integrated systems, makes Label doors a bearing element in the surgery rooms.The safety level guaranteed by all the components Label door consists of, in opening and closing phases, is aligned with the needs of persons who must enter the surgery room without touching the door wings.The steel finishings improve the door design, while the fitting of any lead screens, with RX -protection glass visual panels, complies with the needs of hospitals operating in environments with X-ray equipment.LABEL products are certified and properly comply with all the reference standards; in particular, the EVH-E sealing door, with LB-H series profiles, has obtained, test class 2 in positive pressure and test class 4 in negative pressure, in compliance with EN 1026 standard.The installation phase of Label door closes the specific design of every single realization, when the conformity certificates for products supplied constitute a guarantee for all our customers.

1 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR EVH-E HERmETICALLy SEALED DOOR
1.1 - PRODUCT gENERAL DESCRIPTIONAn automatic hermetically sealed sliding door, suitable for hospitals or any other facility where the hermetic tightness is required when the leaf is closed (operating rooms, cleanrooms, research laboratories, etc.).The system may be automatic or manual and it may be equipped with: vision panels, opening handle, accessories for automatic activation (radar, infra-red sensors, proximity sensors, etc.).The sliding leaf is moved by the Label EVH-E operator, it moves horizontally all along the passage opening and, when it is almost closed, it automatically operates a lowering and a translation movement at the same time in order to move closer to the floor and to the strikers on the wall (intrados).This movement is due to the particular shape of the sliding guide on which the support carriages slide, to the sliding guide embedded into the base and to the front "cam" on the closure side. The support carriages can bear and move a maximum weight of 200 kg.The Label operator mod. “EVH-E” is provided with a specific software to separately and independently manage the lowering and the translation phases when closing or opening as far as power and speed are concerned. Tightness is ensured by means of expanded EPDM sealing strips assembled on the aluminium profiles covering the whole perimeter of the leaf.The lowering and translation movement allow the sealing strips to compress on the strikers thus providing hermetic tightness.
1.2 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR HPL HERmETICALLy SEALED AUTOmATIC DOOR
models with: 1 leaf laminate panel with rightward opening 1 leaf laminate panel with leftward openingThe laminate Label sliding leaf mod. H-SALTE1-S has a thickness of 47 mm and it is made up of internal structural frame, class 1 fire resistant panels in MDF — 4 mm thick — and class 1 fire resistant plates in HPL with self-extinguishing polystyrene. All this is assembled on Label LB-H-type aluminium boundary profiles with rounded edges for accident prevention through coplanar non-toxic sealing. Aluminium profiles, on which the sealing strips are inserted, are assembled on the wall/intrados side and beneath the base to ensure hermetic tightness.The specific sliding guide embedded into the base and the front "cam" allow the leaf to slide and they contribute to achieve a hermetic closure when the leaf is closed.

models with: 1 leaf stainless steel panel with rightward opening 1 leaf stainless steel panel with leftward openingThe sliding leaf has a thickness of 50 mm and it is made up of internal structural frame and class 1 fire resistant panels in MDF with self-extinguishing polystyrene, coated by glazed finishing AISI 304 stainless steel plate. The whole panel is coated with stainless steel sheets with scotch brite finishing or different typologies and finishing depending on customers' requests. Not visible aluminium profiles on which the sealing strips are inserted are assembled on the wall/intrados side and beneath the base to ensure hermetic tightness.The specific sliding guide embedded into the base and the front "cam" allow the leaf to slide and they contribute to achieve a hermetic closure when the leaf is closed.
The highest weight (steel) helping to maintain the door in its closed position, and the steel sheet with no joints in the sealing area, make this model even better than the model made of HPL laminate. The sealing strip system is identical to HPL laminate model.

The sliding leaf is made of stainless steel or laminate but a suitably-conceived lead foil is added in order to achieve the X-Ray shielding.

SIMPLE EVH2 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF EVH-S SImPLy SEALINg SLIDINg DOOR2.1 - DESCRIPTION OF PANEL SySTEm and PROFILES IN HPLAutomatic sliding door consisting of:Internal panels in fire-resistant MDF, frame in solid wood with self-extinguishing polystyrene panel in between, with ABET-type lamination, colour to be agreed upon.Section 47 frame in extruded aluminium profile with seal tightening upper and vertical sides, consumption polypropylene brush, no residue.On the lower side, straight guide, RAL aluminium colour to be defined.Intrados (if any) made of extruded aluminium, like in your drawing.Dimensions of visual panel like in your drawing.
2.2 - DESCRIPTION OF PANEL SySTEm and PROFILES IN STAINLESS STEELThe sliding leaf has a thickness of 50 mm and it is made up of internal structural frame, class 1 fire resistant panels in MDF with self-extinguishing polystyrene in between. The panel is coated by glazed finishing AISI 304 stainless steel plate.The special hermetic seals are invisible from outside as they are located on intrados front internal side, along vertical and upper profiles and inserted in the guiding rail under the leaf.The specific sliding guide embedded into the base and the front "cam" allow the leaf to slide and they contribute to achieve a tight closure when the leaf is closed.

2.6 - OPERATOR DESCRIPTIONEVOLUS EVH Automatism for one or two sliding leafs.Maximum weight per leaf Kg.180 (for double-leaf door) or Kg.300 (for single-leaf door), guard length mm. 6500.
Automatism shall consist of:- 78mm-high aluminium transom- 150mm-depth, 120mm-high covering guard made
of aluminium alloy, with release and support device- rubber noise-proof profile- aluminium sliding rail- movement driving system for antistatic belt reinforced
with kevlar cables- carriage with double wheel and anti-derailment
device, and wide possibilities of adjustment of height and depth of leaf
- high-performance and low-wear direct current motor (40V-130W).

Label lifting handle, made of AISI 303 stainless steel, allows to manually open the hermetically sealed doors.
Thanks to the adjustment of lever arm, it is more suitable for installation needs, while the integrated lock striker optimizes operation for the entire opening stroke.
Perfect tightness of handle is ensured by two pairs of seals, which prevent any exchange between the two environments, effectively restoring the panel continuity.
