• Provides advanced education, often helps Sailors obtain secondary degrees or provides Sailors with a secondary degree. (Navy College Program ) https://www.navycollege.navy.mil/.

• Assists in Commissioning Programs (MSC-IPP/HSCP) Physician Assistant/Industrial Hygiene/Physical Therapy.

• Training converts to civilian certifications (Navy COOL) https://www.cool.navy.mil/.
