Diploma in Teacher Librarianship
• To provide school librarians with the professional knowledge and skills on:
– library and information science– analyzing information needs for teachers and
learners– the use of information and learning resource
according to curriculum objectives

Diploma in Teacher Librarianship
• Entrance Requirements– Have a Teacher Certificate or equivalent
qualification and a minimum of two years teaching experience
– *Newly appointed Teacher Librarians, Serving Teacher Librarians or Subject Teachers
– Supporting document certifying the applicant is a Teacher Librarian will be an advantage.
Note: All New Teacher Librarians should apply through the EMB Training Calendar.
