Established in 1966, the Hong Kong Trade Development
Council (HKTDC) is the international marketing arm for Hong
Kong-based traders, manufacturers and service providers.
With more than 40 global offices, including 11 in the Chinese
mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a platform for
doing business with China and Asia.
The HKTDC connects millions of international buyers and
sellers through a variety of integrated services, namely its
trade fairs, online marketplace and product magazines.
One of the world's major trade fair organisers, the HKTDC puts

Mr. Daniel Lam is Senior Product Promotion Manager of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). In this position, he is responsible for the supervision and implementation of the Council’s activities of promoting Hong Kong’s product sectors. During his service in HKTDC, he has been posted to the Council’s Tokyo and Frankfurt Offices in-charge-of the implementation of the Council’s promotional activities.
Mr. Lam graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong majoring in Business Administration. He further received his Master of Science degree in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from the University of Hong Kong.
