Commandant’s Award 2016 – Invitation for Audience
Commandant’s Award 2016 (CA2016) is an English Presentation Competition in the
aeronautical field. Participating teams have been performing their own research on aeronautical topics of their choices, and will present the topics in front of the adjudicators and audience.
2. CA 2016 will be held with the following details:
Date 6 August 2016 (Saturday) Time 1100-1630 hrs Venue Room 609, Community College of City University (CCCU)
Telford Annex, Kowloon Bay (See attached map) Target Audience All HKACC senior and cadet members, and cadets’ family
members Dress Code HKACC Members
No. 2B (Short Sleeved) Routine Working Dress Uniform [Cadets without the above uniform may dress in No. 3B (Rolled Sleeve) Field Dress Uniform.] Cadets’ Family Members Casual
Note No parking space is available Acknowledgement The venue is provided courtesy of CCCU
3. Interested parties please fill in and return the reply slip in the Attachment 3 to the undersigned by email ([email protected]) on or before 29 July 2016 (Friday). Seats are limited and offered on a first-apply-first-served basis.
4. Participating teams are required to arrive in the morning. A separate memo will be given to the teams.
