History / Evolution / Capabilities• We were established in 2004 and started with a team of 4 engineers that were mainly involved in HMI development activities. • Since then we’ve grown to 60 engineers with a strong expertise also in Control Strategies, Safety Instrumented Systems, System

• Commissioning was performed in Al Jubail, KSA;

Super Absorber Polymer (SAPco) (KSA)

• We developed, tested and integrated more than 350 HMI graphics and 180 highly complex sequences to operate the plant, x C300 controllers and 1 Safety manager System;

• FAT was performed in 2 stages: 1st in Brandenburg, Germany and 2nd

in Bucharest, Romania;


Staatsolie Refinery Expansion Project (Suriname)

- the processing capacity was doubled from 7.500 barrels to 15.000 barrels of crude oil;


• FAT was performed in Monza and Ossona, Italy;

• Commissioning was performed in Paramaribo, Suriname;




• Statoil Valemon (Norway)- one of Statoil’s stand-alone development projects on the Norwegian continental shelf. Containing about 192 million barrels of oil equivalent the field will be produced through a separate platform;


• FAT was performed in Asker, Norway;

• Commissioning in Busan, South Korea;

• Socar & Turcas Aegean Refinery - The scope of the Aegean Refinery project (ARP) is to build a new oil refining facility to be located within PETKIM land at Aliağa, close to Izmir, Turkey. The Refinery will process mainly medium gravity and sour/sweet grade crude oils from different sources via new deep sea port harbor facilities. The Refinery will provide naphtha feedstock to PETKIM and it is planned to be integrated with the existing PETKIM Petrochemical Complex and future expansions of such facilities as well as produce Jet Fuel and Euro V grade diesel for domestic market.

• GES developed:- More than 2000 HMI displays;

- More than 60 ESD & F&G controllers;

- More than 50 C300 controllers;

- The design for more than 500 cabinets:

• FAT took place in Turkey – more than 20 engineers involved.

• More than 50,000 man-hours booked until June 2016.

recently in the Valemon project, when we were presented with the challenge of splitting C300 Controllers, on

commissioned systems, with only 6 weeks before the commissioning/operations handover and sail away.

The work carried out by Cornel Trif, Mihaela Oprea and Corneliu Niculescu was exceptionally well planned, controlled

and meticulously executed. As we are all aware, the challenges that the Valemon project has recently faced has
