Project Status/Schedule Update

Manor Intermediate

• Construction is complete in the Art

Room and Discovery Lab and

moveable furniture is being delivered.

• The Faculty Lounge, Sensory Room

and Work Room are complete and

have been turned over to the District.

• Demolition has begun in Rooms 301,

304 and 306.

Transportation Building

• Foundation work continues, while

structural masonry walls are being

installed along with plumbing and

electrical rough-in.

Senior High School

• Construction continues in the Flex Space and

Conference Room on the 2nd Floor.

• The Cafeteria ductwork is roughed in and

soffits are being framed. Masonry walls are

being built and all under slab MEP’s are

roughed in.

• The Girls Pool Locker Room is complete.

• Electrical rough in is on going for door access

in the lobby and conduit has been roughed in

on the stairwell wall in preparation for the wood

paneling.

Project Status/Schedule Update

Lima Intermediate

• Construction continues in room 116

with the rough in of mechanical piping

for the radiant heaters in the

classrooms above.

• Ductwork is being roughed in in

room 116.

• Rooms 206 and 210 are being

roughed in electrically and

mechanically and await wall repairs

which will be followed with radiant

heat installation and casework.

Middle School

• The Projection Screen has been installed,

wired and the work for the proscenium has

been completed.

• The casework for the Alumni Hall of Fame is

being built and is scheduled to be delivered the

week of the Jan 20th.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Manor Intermediate

• Construction will continue in rooms

301, 304 and 306.

• Room 302 will be completed and

turned over by the end of the month.

• Demo will begin in rooms 308, 310,

312 and 314 with the completion of

rooms 301, 304 and 306.

Senior High School

• Paneling is scheduled to arrive for the

Lobby and installation will follow.

• Wall and soffits will continue to be built

in the Kitchen and Cafeteria Area.

• The Flex Space and Conference Room

will continue to be under construction.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Middle School

• The Alumni Hall of Fame installation

will begin.

Lima Elementary

• Construction will be nearly complete in

room 116 and will continue in rooms 206

and 210.
