Be an author/illustrator! Draw a picture of a rabbit and write words that describe:
• What the rabbit looks like • How the rabbit moves • Where the rabbit lives
Keep this in a safe place as you will use it to help you write your poem tomorrow!

Handball Use your ball or pair of socks rolled up into a ball and practice your throwing. Try throwing your ball or socks into a washing basket or bucket. How many goals can you get in a row without missing?

Mixing Colours Red, yellow and blue are Primary colours. When we mix 2 primary colours we get new colours. I wonder what colour you would make if you mixed:
Would you like to do some fingerpainting? Try to create beautiful flowers, funny little people and animals with the paints you were given. Try using some of the colours you mixed.

Can you paint a rainbow? I wonder if you use your paints to create a rainbow. You might like to create a rainbow that you see in the sky, or in another creative way. I wonder if anyone know the colours of the rainbow in the correct order?
Handwriting, Spelling and Grammar
Complete the handwriting assessment page. How are you going with forming your letters? Remember to sit correctly and
hold your pencil with the correct grip. Have a go at the spelling pages: ‘short a vowel’ and the grammar pages: ‘Common Nouns’.
Football Use a soccer ball or a rolled-up pair of socks and practice your kicking skills. Try kicking with a partner or use two objects to make a goal and try to score goals by controlling your kicks. Making brown You can try to make the colour brown using your paints. You need 2 colours - Black + ? = Brown Now look in your pack for the picture of a Kangaroo to paint or draw a native Australian animal that you have learnt about and paint it.
Maze & Puzzle Complete the Olympics maze that is in your pack. How many ways can you find to complete it? Colour in the correct track you have found when you have completed it! On the blank puzzle sheet provided, create your own drawing and colour it in. Cut out your puzzle pieces carefully along the lines and give it to another person to complete!
Badminton Use a small ball or rolled up pair of socks and try to bounce it in the air with your hands without dropping it. You could try using a thong or wooden spoon instead of your hand. Nature Art Take a walk outside and collect from your garden some leaves, sticks, bark, and some stones. Try creating a picture using these and add some paint or paint the things you found with some bright colours
