Block Assembly1. Place (1) Fabric J-Template 1 triangle on top of (1) Fabric CC-Template 2 triangle, right sides together, aligning the left sides (Fig. 1). Sew the (2) triangles together along the left side. Press the smaller triangle open.

2. Place (1) Fabric C- Template 3 triangle on top of the Fabric CC-Template 2 triangle, right sides together, aligning the right sides (Fig. 2). Sew the (2) triangles together along the right side. Press the smaller triangle open. Trim the block to measure 2 ½” square to make (1) Unit 1 square (Fig. 3).

3. Repeat Steps 1-2 to make (34) Unit 1 squares total.

4. Repeat Steps 1-2 and refer to Figure 4 for fabric identification and placement to make (34) 2 ½” Unit 2 squares.

5. Sew (1) Fabric H triangle, (1) Fabric E triangle, (1) Fabric X triangle and (1) Fabric F triangle together to make (1) 2 ½” Unit 3 square (Fig. 5). Repeat to make (17) Unit 3 squares total.

16. Sew (1) 2 ¼” x 5 ½” Fabric AA strip to each side of (1) 2” x 5 ½” Fabric S strip lengthwise. Sew (1) 3” x 5 ½” Fabric AA strip to the top of the sewn strip. 17. Sew (1) 2 ¼” x 5 ½” Fabric D strip to each side of (1) 2” x 5 ½” Fabric V strip. Sew (1) 3” x 5 ½” Fabric D strip to the top and to the bottom of the sewn strip to make (1) Unit 13 rectangle (Fig. 20). Repeat to make (6) Unit 13 rectangles total.

18. Sew (1) 2” x 2 ½” Fabric D strip to each side of (1) 2 ½” Fabric R square. Sew (1) 3” x 2 ½” Fabric R strip to each end of the sewn strip to make the top row of (1) Block Six square (Fig. 21).

19. Sew (1) Unit 12 rectangle to the left side of (1) Unit 13 rectangle. Sew (1) Unit 11 rectangle to the top of the sewn unit. Sew the strip from Step 18 to the top of the Unit 11 rectangle to make the left side of (1) Block Six square (Fig. 21).

20. Sew (1) 2 ½” Fabric A square to each side of (1) 2 ½” Fabric E square. Sew (1) 2 ½” Fabric E square to each side of (1) 2 ½” Fabric A square. Sew the (2) rows together. Sew (1) Unit 4 square to the top of the sewn strip and (1) Unit 5 square to bottom of the sewn strip to make the right side of the (1) Block Six square (Fig. 21).

21. Sew the (2) sides from Steps 19-20 together lengthwise to make (1) Block Six square (Fig. 21).

22. Repeat Steps 14-21 to make (6) Block One squares total.

23. Repeat Steps 14-21 and refer to make Figure 22 for component identification, placement and orientation to make (6) Block Seven squares.

24. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, trace the listed number of each template onto the paper side of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about 1/8” outside the drawn lines.

25. Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines.

26. Refer to Figure 23 and Figure 27 to arrange and press the assorted Flower One components onto the top section of (1) 8 ½” x 88 ½” Fabric Q strip.

Quilt Top Assembly(Follow the Quilt Layout while assembling the quilt top.)30. Sew (1) Block Six square, (1) 8 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric Q strip, (1) Block Seven square, (1) 8 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric Q strip, (1) Block Six square, (1) 8 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric Q strip and (1) Block Seven square together in that order to make Column One. Repeat to make Column Three.

27. Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch.

28. Repeat Steps 26-27 and refer to Figures 24-27 to add Flower Two components, Flower Three components and Flower Four components to the Fabric Q strip to make (1) Sashing Strip.

29. Repeat Steps 26-28 to make a second Sashing Strip.

31. Sew (1) Block Seven square, (1) 8 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric Q strip, (1) Block Six square, (1) 8 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric Q strip, (1) Block Seven square, (1) 8 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric Q strip and (1) Block Six square together in that order to make Column Two.

32. Sew the (3) pieced columns and (2) Sashing Strips together lengthwise and alternating them to make the Center Block.

33. Sew (1) 4 ½” x 88 ½” Fabric Q strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 4 ½” x 72 ½” Fabric Q strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

34. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 96 ½” Fabric L strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 76 ½” Fabric L strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

35. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 100 ½” Fabric P strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 78 ½” Fabric P strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

36. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 102 ½” Fabric U strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 80 ½” Fabric U strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

37. Sew (13) assorted Blocks (Blocks 1-4) together. Repeat to make a second strip. Sew (1) strip to each side of the Center Block.

38. Sew (10) assorted Blocks (Blocks 1-4) together. Sew (1) Block Five square to each end of the sewn strip. Repeat to make a second strip. Sew the strips to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top.

39. Layer and quilt as desired.

40. Sew the (11) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric Q strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

41. Bind as desired.
