External supplier management and processing fee
8% of invoice amount
(Capped at $400 per invoice)
Relates to work involved in supporting a customer to access external services and support.
Additional coordination fee $60 per hour Applicable for customer requiring additional coordination support.
Travel within your support $0.78 per km As per ATO and modern award.
Exit Fee $200
Customer contribution Once you have a Home Care Package, the Commonwealth Government expect that you’ll contribute towards your own support. The Basic Daily Fee table is below. You’re able to discuss your individual circumstances with your Avivo Coordinator.
