It is important to keep your CPAP Therapy supplies in good, working condition. Cleaning and replacing your supplies on a regular schedule prevents germ/bacteria growth and promotes a proper mask seal. As a Medicare or private insurance customer, you are eligible to receive regular CPAP replacement supplies (please see the reverse side for a complete list of supplies and schedule). Please note, many insurance companies follow the Medicare schedule (on the reverse side); however, insurance verification will determine final eligibility. Home Care Medical will be contacting you at 30-days and every three months after to follow-up on your CPAP Therapy and inquire about your replacement supplies.

CPAP Mask Replacement Schedule: 1 per 3 months

Tubing Replacement Schedule: 1 per 3 months

Headgear Replacement Schedule: 1 per 6 months

Disposable Filter Replacement Schedule: 2 per month

Nasal Cushion Replacement Schedule: 2 per month

Reusable Filter Replacement Schedule: 1 per 6 months

Full Face Cushion Replacement Schedule: 1 per month

Water Chamber Replacement Schedule: 1 per 6 months

Nasal Pillows Replacement Schedule: 2 per month

Chin Strap Replacement Schedule: 1 per 6 months
