Unlike most of the projects, I’ve never actually done it. I have always wanted to, but limits on time and resources never allowed me to. The major objective of this presentation was to educate not only the class, but myself as well.

1. Brewing your own beer is expensive, at least at first.

2. How important sanitizing is to the process.
