Benefits of Fundraising Fundraising is important to our
school and benefits our families
with the opportunity to offset
tuition costs and strengthen our
Catholic School Community by
working together.
Fundraising Goal Strong parental support of our fundraisers allows our school
to function in a sound and prosperous manner. As a school
community, we are committed to raising $250,000 to help
maintain and balance our school budget. This handbook
outlays the fundraising opportunities for the year and de-
scribes each individual fundraiser and its profit percentage
applied toward your fundraising goal. Fundraising state-
ments will be sent home quarterly in the family folders.
Each Pre-K through 8th grade school family is required to
raise a $450 profit from the fundraisers or pay the balance
by May 15, 2020.
Families are not permitted to delegate fundraising goal
overages to another family.

Fundraising Goal (continued)
Families are also given the opportunity to “buy out” of
fundraising for the school year. If you choose this option,
you will need to pay $650 in full by August 30, 2019.
In the event Holy Trinity families bring in fundraising prof-
its over and above the school goal of $250,000, the funds
will be used at the discretion of the Administration and
PTO for facility and technology improvements.
Any shortfall in your fundraising goal after April 30, 2020
will be billed to you for complete payment in its entirety.
Any non-payment WILL affect your participation in extra-
curricular activities, INCLUDING field trips and sports.
The Family Goal How do I raise a $450 profit? During the school year, Holy Trinity’s PTO will organize
seventeen (17) fundraisers for your participation, with
profits directly applied toward your family’s fundraising
goal.
Two (2) Holy Trinity fundraisers (Bingo and Scrip) operate
all school year long (May—April), while the remaining are
spread throughout the school year.

BINGO (May 1st- April 30th)
Holy Trinity Catholic School Bingo runs every
Tuesday and Friday evening. This one fundraiser
profits our School over $60,000 per year. Each
HTCS family is required to work one Bingo during
the fundraising year. Parents (or delegate) must
work or be signed-up to work their shift(s) between
the months of May 2019—April 2020. After
working the required shift, a $50 credit is applied
to your fundraising goal. Approximate work time
is from 5:30-9:30pm.
Every HTCS family is required to have one
mandatory bingo worked and/or scheduled by
January 15, 2020. At this time, if you have not
worked or scheduled this one bingo, a $175 fee
will be added to your fundraising goal. The fee will
only be removed if and when your one required
bingo is completed. Families may also work an
optional second bingo for a $50 credit. Families
who scheduled to work a Summer Bingo (May
through August) have the opportunity to work up
to six bingos.
Monthly calendars detailing available shifts can be
found by visiting on our website under:

HTCS Football Extravaganza (“NFL Tickets”)
(May-August)
Ticket cost is $20 each, with a maximum of 3500
tickets available to be sold for this fundraiser.
This fundraiser has potential to profit over
$45,000 if all tickets are sold and TICKETS WILL
SELL OUT.
Every ticket has a unique combination of three
NFL teams for each week of the 17-week NFL
regular season (Thursday - Monday). Each week
the final scores from each team are added
together for the tickets’ final weekly score. (Bye
weeks assume the final score the team had in the
previous week).
The ticket with the highest weekly combination
wins $500, second place $250, third place $100.
The lowest score for the week wins $50.
Cumulative scores are kept throughout the season
and a grand prize of $3,000 is awarded to first
place, $2,000 for second place, $1,000 for third
place and $500 for the lowest scoring ticket of the
season. Prize money for winning tickets is split
evenly between winning tickets (if multiples
occur).
Unsold NFL Tickets must be returned by:
Friday, July 26, 2019.
Exchanging tickets with other school families for
selling is highly discouraged. We ask that you
please return all unsold tickets to the school office
by the return date so that they can be properly
redistributed to other HTCS families. Thank you

Spirit Wear Sales: HTCS Spirit Wear
New this year, we will be launching a HTCS

exciting new logos, and proving the
opportunity to purchase spirit wear THREE (3)
different times throughout the year.
In September, you will be able to purchase
Back to School items such as book bags,

new spirit wear for the fall.
The next sale will be held in November and will
include different items with great Christmas
gift potential for your Holy Trinity family -
Guardian blankets, pillows, travel mugs,
pajama pants, and basketball wear... just to
name a few.
Your child grew over the school year and now
their spirit wear doesn’t fit? Nothing to worry
about. In March, there will be a third spirit
wear sale, with new items from t-shirts, hats,
beach towels, and chairs.
Every family that participates in the

Volunteers - We Need Your Help! Our fundraisers are only successful if we have enough volunteers
to help. Individuals are always needed to help with setting up,
working, and cleaning up an event.
We need more people to get involved and become active
members of our Holy Trinity family.
If you are interested in volunteering for any of our fundraisers,
please reach out to the fundraiser coordinator. Every family
should be prepared to volunteer for at least one fundraiser
throughout the year for our school fundraising to be successful.
Thank you, Fundraiser Coordinators! The Holy Trinity Catholic School Community is extremely grate-

do for our school. Thank you for volunteering, in such a signifi-
