St. Vincent DePaul Thanksgiving Project
Help SVDP Help
Others
Once again the St. Vincent DePaul
Society will be providing turkeys to
the needy families in our Parish and
community for Thanksgiving. Please consider donating a turkey. A signup sheet will be provided in the gathering
space. If you do not get a chance to sign up, don’t worry we still want your tur-key. We ask that you bring your tur-
keys to mass either
Saturday 11/23 or Sunday 11/24.
Our members will be at each mass to assist. We also hope to give each family a gift card to Shoprite for the food items they will need to complete their meals. Money contributions and scrip cards toward this project are greatly appreci-ated and should be labeled St. Vincent DePaul and delivered to the church office.
Thank you for your continued generosity to the St.Vincent DePaul Society. Without your help we would not be able to provide a
“Happy Thanksgiving”
to families less fortunate.
God Bless Holy Family.

We are so blessed and, thankfully, we are not homeless. There is an ongoing need for help for those who are hungry and those who have no place to lay their heads at night.
There seems to be a constant need for these Go Bags and Hygiene Kits. Let us fill some of them up to give a little comfort to those who are less fortunate than we.

Do you wonder what happens to
the food you place in the bin each
week?
Well, from July 1st thru September 30 your donations to the Pantry
served 794 people. Holy Family parishioners are amazing !
Winter is coming and the cold is settling in and so
warm foods are appreciated. We could definitely use: Soup, Oatmeal, canned Pasta, Tea Bags and other foods that would warm people up during the cold weather. Anything you donate is appreciated.
The Outreach Team appreciates your help and those who have had their hunger satisfied,
thank you.

We salute all our Veterans out there that keep our country safe. Just like the military needs upstanding men, we need Catholic gentlemen to
continue our efforts to support the church and local community. So, send us your sons, fathers, grandfathers, nephews and uncles to join the Knights of Columbus. Come help us defend the Catholic Church and its values before it’s too late. We must endeavor to promote our faith and keep it strong until the end of time. Being a Knight makes better husbands and fathers. It also strengthens the covenant between God and man. All men over the age of 18 who are practicing Catholics are eligible to become Knights, regardless of race, skin color, or age. To become a Knight, contact Tony Malafronti (302) 530-1016 or Joel Watson (302) 373-6617 or online at: https://www.kofc.org/apps/newjoin/en/registration/index.html You can also use the camera on your smart phone to direct you to the website by focusing it on the square picture in this message.
