HK is managed by Civil, Interior and wood expert having experience of over 10 year in SaudiArabia. It has excellent core team consisting of experienced and qualified Architect,Carpentry experts & painters to design, plan and the project execution teams. The Team hasexecuted a number of Interior projects for retail stores , restaurants & offices.

1. NATURALIZER: We have executed 4 Naturalizer project for Apparel Group, Dubaiin KSA. The works includes, all interior civil work (gypsum wall lining and ceiling withMDF re-enforcement, applying putty paste and sanding & painting as per requirement) ,all MEP works such as Electrical, HVAC ducting, Fire fighting and fire Alarm system.

We have also manufactured all shop fits locally at our own manufacturing facility atRiyadh including installation. The shop fits out are namely Wall Units with strip LEDs,Sofa, Corian Mid Floor Nested table, Podiums, Teak wood paneling at shop front , Teakwood ceiling above the counter, Teak wood Visual panel.

2. DUNE: We have executed one DUNE project for Apparel Group, Dubai in KSA. Theworks includes, all interior civil work (gypsum wall lining and ceiling with MDF re-enforcement, applying putty paste and sanding & painting as per requirement) , all MEPworks such as Electrical, HVAC ducting, Fire fighting and fire Alarm system.

We have also manufactured all shop fits locally at our own manufacturing facility atRiyadh including installation. The major shop fits are Sinage powder coated panel, 3 Catwalks (2 hanging and 1 on the back wall), all mid floor tables and bench, all wall unitswith LED strip lights in each shelf and spot lights on the top of the shelves,

We have also executed all third party supplied shop fit outs installation by our carpenterand we also implementation panels and signage of facade under the supervision aconsultant.
