MOODS PHOTOGRAPHYI created this magazine just over six years ago and have faced some of my biggest

fears… in the process I’ve realised fear can no longer stop me. So how does this relate to this month’s feature, “The mind, emotions and consciousness”? Well everything really! I have learnt so much over the last 16 years and what I resonate with from my psychology training, my personal ‘work’ and the people I’ve met and interviewed, is that presence is a powerful thing. To ‘be’ with anything that presents itself (intense as that can be) and watch it pass, has allowed me more and more to be aware of the light and joy of my true nature.

Now here is another layer of my experience… I can walk into a full room and perceive what people are feeling and thinking and in the past I would have just felt overwhelmed and written it off as something ‘defective’ about me. After

interviewing people such as Dr Bruce Lipton, Jean Sheehan, Gary Douglas and many others, I’ve realised how aware I am of energy and how much I’ve downloaded that isn’t mine and it’s not who I really am. Gary Douglas asks, “What are you perceiving?” and “Is it yours?” and these questions are great starting points and have assisted in creating more space in my world. And the process continues…

Consciousness for me is a lifelong path and it’s often not a linear process with clear end points. This makes life interesting, mysterious and worth living. And being more conscious doesn’t mean I have to be perfect or wear tie dyed cheese cloth. I am creating my own life, which is uniquely expressing me and this magazine is full of people who are doing the same.

This month we acknowledge the work of clinical psychologist, Cameron Aggs (cover man), who has cast the net wide into the world of spirit and is making an amazing contribution to the world of healing, mindfulness and psychology.

Healthy choices. Good food. Bad choices. Junk food. Diet. Lifestyle choice. No doubt all of

these words and phrases create an image in your world. What if all it came down to was a choice to let go of the judgment and allow yourself to experience the contribution food and your body can be?

Allowing yourself to choose can almost feel like letting yourself loose and being out of control. I have spent many years feeling like I battled with my body instead of enjoying it. Sure there were fleeting moments of appreciation but too often they were short lived. What changed this for me? Choice and my allowance for it. Instead of punishing myself with shame and guilt for eating or drinking a food item often seen as “junk” I just made the choice and allowed myself to have it. I

didn’t “reward” myself with it, I didn’t make promises to run for longer the next day. I just ate or drank it, took the time to enjoy it and allowed myself to experience the choice. Sometimes I would find myself not really enjoying the food or drink a few mouthfuls in. Did I get angry at myself? A little. But using simple tools and tricks like checking in with my body, asking what it requires and even how much of something it requires, I have learnt that this was just one of the many ways my body communicates with me, providing feedback for what does and doesn’t work for it. These choices created a freedom that allowed so much more into my life.

So what could different choices create for you and your body? What contribution could food be to your life and living? Food has created so much

in my life. It has been the creative outlet from which I express my passion, my pleasure and share the joy I feel when I cook a dish from scratch.

When I cook, my whole body gets involved, from the nose twitching tantalisation, the touch tingling temptation and the silky hand seduction, food appeals to my senses on so many levels. The invitation to joy and communication with my body that food has created is such a gift. Would you like to give up the judgment and displeasure and choose joy and luscious food? Sometimes all it takes is a different choice, the choice to end the judgment and start a new conversation with your body and the food it enjoys.

Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:1 slice Essene bread or

any sprouted bread1 egg (room

temperature, fresh as fresh can be; the chicken laying this egg was raised eating grass and grubs, not grain)

8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves

¼ cup basil, thinly cutOlive oil1 cup of morning LOVE½ avocado, mashed in

a bowl with salt and pepper (set aside)

1 tbsp pumpkin seedsSalt and pepper

Method:1. First, poach the egg – fill a large pan with water and bring it to the boil, crack the egg into a small bowl and set aside,

then turn off the heat altogether (no further boiling, no vinegar, no swirling). Place your egg into the water (without the bowl, lol) and let it cook. If it is fresh it will hold together ... if it is not, find a new supplier of eggs. When your egg is cooked to your liking scoop it out with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel. 2. In a bowl combine the tomatoes, basil, and a splash of olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper and mix well.3. Place the avocado and tomato mixture on the slice of bread. Add the egg, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and some lovely cracked pepper… and enjoy.

It may come as a shock to you, but we don’t know ‘food’ as well as we think… We see food everyday. It

rides with you on the way to work. It waits for you on the shelves of grocery stores. It lives in your fridge and in your pantry. Food may even be in your garden. I mean, if we see food this much, you would expect to know it pretty well, right?

Unfortunately our understanding of food is so very wrong, and our relationship with food isn’t as right as it would seem. We must go back to basics with our diet and understand that certain foods have reactions with our bodies. This reaction causes us to feel and be a certain way; and it all starts in our digestive system.

When it comes to food, it’s clear that our current diet is in need of a major clean up! We should be focused on foods which leave us feeling full of vitality, life and wellness. Instead, we are consuming foods which we assume are doing us good, but in fact they leave

us feeling fatigued, unfocused and are making us sick. We should be focusing on foods that after digestion, give us the fuel we need to feel and look our best. We need to acknowledge that feeling tired and sick all the time isn’t normal… We can feel better and it’s a matter of changing our diet to feel the difference.

When we eat food, it has been revealed that it either leaves an acid or an alkaline residue. In our hectic everyday schedules it is hard to maintain a healthy, balanced diet and we are likely to indulge in foods which leave an acidic residue. This residue exposes us to stress, weight gain, energy loss, sickness and disease, and also influences sleep quality. An increase in heart disease and obesity has revealed that we are eating too many acid forming foods and not enough alkalising ones. Makes 4 good serves

Ingredients:500g fresh mushrooms sliced

finely400g tin of coconut cream2 litres vegetable liquid stock

(this needs to be delicious and fairly strong – use fresh stock or make up using stock powder and water to taste)

3-5 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced

30ml coconut oil2 large brown onions peeled

and diced15g dried thyme leaves or 45g

fresh thyme leaves

Method:

1. Melt coconut oil in the pan and add onions, garlic and thyme. Allow to simmer for five minutes while you stir occasionally.

2. Add sliced mushrooms and stir until well mixed.

3. In a separate saucepan bring the vegetable stock and coconut cream to the boil and then gently add to the mushroom blend.

4. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Taste and add extra herbs, spices and salt and pepper if needed.

Modern research has shown that crowded teeth, incorrect jaw development and other orthodontic problems are not caused by big teeth in small jaws or hereditary factors. Our busy lifestyles can place stress on the body and this can also affect our mental and emotional

wellbeing. From a naturopathic and nutritional perspective, I also see that our mental health can be compromised by a number of underlying factors considered below:

Nutrient deficiencies. Everyone knows that B vitamins are important, but there are two nutrients that are often forgotten: Iodine and vitamin D.

Iodine is increasingly deficient for two reasons. Firstly, the dairy industry can use iodine to sterilise equipment and the cow’s udder, this would transfer iodine to the milk, but this has stopped. The other reason is it may not be present in some types of soil in Australia. Iodine can be tested through pathology. It is important for proper thyroid function and essential for good mood, energy and hormone balance.

Vitamin D is commonly low during winter. Have you ever wondered why you feel more down, lethargic and get sick easier during winter? It is likely to be because of less sunshine! Vitamin

D is a nutrient you get from the sun. It helps our immune system ward off infection, balance blood pressure, lift our mood and make us happy, control autoimmunity such as allergies and inflammatory conditions.

Have you heard of kryptopyrroles? This is a genetically determined factor that is characterised by elevated pyrroles in the urine. It is thought that around 10% of the population have pyroluria. What this means is that your body’s demand for zinc, B6 and a few other key nutrients will be higher than someone without elevated pyrroles. This means that you may find it harder to balance your neurotransmitters (brain chemicals) such as serotonin. A simple urine test is all that is needed to determine pyrrole levels. I have seen elevated pyrrole in urine of many people with depression, anxiety, insomnia, alcoholism, IBS, anger, inability to cope with stress, strong fatigue and children with behavioural issues.

Stress. The key physical components of stress management are sleep and

hormones. Sleep is imperative to allowing us to handle stress better. The double-edged sword is, if you are stressed you may find it hard to sleep, which makes you more stressed, which then makes you sleep less… and the cycle goes on. Two hormones melatonin and cortisol are often out of balance. When cortisol is high in the morning it wakes you up and picks you up. BUT if you are continually stressed, its “rhythm” goes out of balance. This will lead to an imbalance in melatonin, your sleeping hormone.

Too often I hear people say, “I have always been like this” or “I think it’s genetic” or “I eat a good diet, so it can’t be from deficiency”. It was a fl ame, a candle fl ame that determined the course of Cameron Aggs’ life. He was immersed in a

meditation prayer, staring into a candle, as part of his religious instruction at the Christian Brothers School he attended. “That initial moment in prayer and meditation linked me to something transcendent, he says. Something sacred that was of the most vital interest to me out of all other things.” From that moment he knew what he wanted to pursue in life. At the age of 17 that experience set him on the path he continues to walk today.

The candle meditation inspired him to read ‘The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying’ and from there he fell in love with the Buddhist tradition. Even so it wasn’t a smooth journey. What journey ever is? He fl oundered in his early twenties. Being a music promoter and then studying marketing and accounting, Cameron felt as though he wasn’t living a life in line with his core values. He’d allowed himself to be guided by his perceptions of what he thought other people wanted for him.

“I was trying to make dad proud in a way, trying to prove my worth to others and myself without touching base with what I saw in that candle fl ame.”

When he was twenty-fi ve, he did his fi rst ten-day Vipassana meditation retreat. (He’s done 15.) On day six of his third Vipassana he realised he was carrying bags that weren’t his. “My bag was the Buddhist Dhamma thing. That was what I loved.” So then his task was to fi nd a career that was in line with what Buddhists call right livelihood.

After the retreat he went home wondering how he could fi nd the kind of career that embraced his beliefs. He woke at midnight with a lightbulb moment of realisation. Psychology! Go and be a therapist! Cameron realised that a psychologist has to embody the same attributes of loving-kindness, compassion and wisdom that are fostered in meditation. He wrote a letter to the University where he’d dropped out of his business studies, begging them to let him back in, promising not to fail anymore or cancel without letting them know. “I’ll be good,” he told them. This time he stuck with his studies until he completed

Honours and then his Masters. It was tough but it was worth it. Now his work as the principal clinical psychologist at ‘Mindful Therapy Psychology Services’ is one of his greatest joys.

“I think mindfulness underpins all good psychotherapy. The process of psychotherapy is a mindful engagement with another human being. When I’m present, when I’m still and non-judgmental, the client is then free to express themselves and their truth, not only in terms of their suffering and their ‘dysfunction’ but also in their fundamental sanity.”

Cameron is also the CEO at Mindfulness Training Australia, teaching mindfulness informed therapy to psychotherapists with the Australian Psychological Society. He has established Staff Performance to work in a corporate coaching capacity and he runs a mindfulness meditation group where both clients and clinicians learn how to disengage from worry and rumination whilst learning new skills in relaxation and self-observation.

Kindness is at the heart of his work. Self-compassion is his main message. “There’s no shortage of self-criticism in the world,” he says. “It radically outweighs self-kindness.” Cameron believes it comes from, in some ways, a misapprehension of the First Noble Truth; the truth that life includes inevitable suffering.

“Pain and suffering is not negotiable. It’s not something that anyone in the last 24 hours will have managed to avoid. When we defi ne suffering as a wanted thing not happening or an unwanted thing happening, suffering is a part of everyone’s daily life. So we need to become more intimate with, and accepting of, our suffering. In so doing we’re able to liberate those kinder more compassionate aspects, the more human aspects of ourselves.”

The heart of what’s important about meditation and mindfulness for Cameron is in how it relates to health and wellbeing. How do we come back into the inner observer, that inner witness, the part of us that is the stillness in the midst of all the busyness, the worry, the stress? Meditation is a way of doing that but Cameron says fi rst we have to be tossed by the tumultuousness of feelings, fears and hurts.

“You can’t rush these things. It’s not ‘all good’, until it is all good. In

meditation and mindfulness you have to risk being destabilised because you’ve been running from pain and fear for so long. These are diffi cult parts of the psyche to have to sit with. And yet as soon as we sit with them we realise we’re free. We realise there is nothing to run from. We’re running from shadows.”

Cameron explains that we learn to see that these thoughts and emotions are in a never-ending series of fl ux and fl ow, of one thought leading into the next, leading in the next. These things just continue to come and go. One minute we’re lost right in it, we’re in the river, and then next minute we’re on the river bank just observing, being aware of the river rather than being fused with it. It’s a journey that fi rst risks us being immersed and lost in it before we can learn how to swim in those waters and to fi nd our feet.

Cameron’s greatest fulfi lment professionally is his healing relationship with his clients – the delicate dance of sharing and disclosing innermost thoughts and feelings, fears, dysfunction and pain. “I create a space for people to unpack what they’re unable to unpack in any other relationship in their lives. Once people really touch ground with that then change starts to emerge naturally. For me it is a privilege and a joy.”

Every aspect of Cameron’s existence occurs within a Buddhist framework. It’s a vibrant, active part of his life. “The process of meditation and the learning as an intellectual pursuit is just magnifi cent and extraordinary and wonderful,” he says. “I can’t get enough of it.” It’s surprising then to discover that he’s yet to take the vows to become a Buddhist. Instead he’s taken the time to investigate and discover the form of Buddhism that feels right for him. Cameron’s studies with Buddhist scholar and teacher B Alan Wallace, will lead him to taking those vows in the near future. When he does, it will be the completion of a long journey for Cameron Aggs, a journey that began with a moment of awakening, staring into a candle fl ame.

can instantly change your emotions by what you think. It is how you interpret information and perceive life which will create particular emotions. If you stand slouched, shoulders drooped and think sad thoughts guess what? The emotions that will surface will be depressed. When I teach the Awakened Children course, I have people change instantly in their emotions as I get them to sit up, play ‘boppy up-beat’ music, they can not ‘feel’ the emotion of sad, pain, etc. When you smile you can not feel sad as the muscles in your face assist to release happy hormones and the body can not relate to sad.

You can change your mind, your GPS and create a life that feels less dual and have peace of mind. Know what you want to feel, have tools to assist and know that the mind is what you think it to be.

Our emotions are our GPS to what is happening in the mind and body. Yet we struggle with

Emotions are ‘E-Motions’. E is energy and it is energy in motion. There are two forms of motion, love or fear. Module III of the medical intuitive courses, I share that there is a duality of ‘happy and sad’ emotions and that there is a neutral point that the universal mind seeks in regards to emotions. When you are in pain, reality in the mind feels very dual because all your prior wishes, wants and desires are replaced by you wanting the pain gone. What many do not realise is that it is a choice to ‘play the game’ of illusion such as pain and dis-ease / dis-harmony. The

fear, sadness, disease are a reminder of duality which is a separation from oneness or universal mind. What is attractive with duality is the experience of good/bad. When you feel the good, your world is harmonious. When you feel the bad, created by EGO, which is programmed by the mind, it will destroy the personality. When you allow divinity back in to your life by listening to your heart, not your head, you recall ‘good’ is not happiness either. It too hurts in more subtle ways. When you are on a happy high you can swing to a low.

The mind is an amazing creation we do not understand yet and it is not just in the brain – it is everywhere. You

Many people are suffering from a sense of a “hole” within them. Whether it be because

they are not doing work that fulfils them, or they cannot find a deep connection with their partner or find a lover who brings that magic.

I hear about many people who are desperate to find their soul mate or their twin flame. That one person who they feel could complete them, or make their life better in a very profound way.

In my work as an intuitive clairvoyant and coach, I don’t see these types of soul relationships as the ones that people should be pursuing, as I see them as very karmic and limiting. A soul mate, whilst there is that familiarity, can be plagued with negative patterns that each partner repeat with each other lifetime after lifetime.

Or perhaps it is that you are completely comfortable and safe with each other, but as a consequence the relationship and individuals remain

stagnant and don’t evolve much. Many people say they wish to seek

their twin flame. However, I have seen a lot of people suffer great heartache from their twin in emotional turmoil, unable to commit to the type of love that the other twin seeks, leaving them lost and confused.

I work regularly with singles and couples to assist them seek something beyond these karmic soul relationships. By working through energetic, and soul blocks, we can awaken a deep knowledge inside and remember a higher calling to love and purpose, so that a truly dynamic evolving relationship can manifest with a “divine lover” or “true mate”, as I like to call them.

These couples are willing to constantly challenge themselves and/or their relationship so they can continually evolve spiritually together. They are prepared to do their own work and move beyond what they have

learnt as a soul into deeper expanding consciousness, and bring that learning and energy to their relationship and the earth.

We’ve all heard of the age-old question, “What came first, the chicken or the egg?”

Well there are different views on the very philosophical question of “What comes first, our thoughts or our feelings?”

Solving this riddle can assist us to moderate our feelings, our thoughts, our behaviour and live a life that is joyful and peaceful. Now who doesn’t want that?

There are schools of thought that say that when we change our mind, we change our feelings and therefore our behaviour. One of these offers a whole therapy called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. There is also argument that children have a ‘thought-felt reality’ prior to the age of seven. That is, they feel and think at the same time. Their brain function is not mature enough to think then feel, feeling is automatic. Let’s complicate this a little further though with the whole debate of the existence of past lives. It is observed that when we have had a past life trauma and our emotional response

is not healed, it is stored in our body. This unresolved emotion also goes on to create our thoughts in the next life and affects our physical constitution and health. The unresolved feelings hold a vibration that manifests similar circumstances so it can resolve itself. Hence, once we can learn the lesson, our thoughts change, our emotions moderate, we heal our bodies and we move on to new lessons. This throws a spanner in the works because it means that the feelings in the past life usurp the thoughts in this one, until they are resolved.

It gives the notion that we are “powerless” over our thinking until we are willing to address underlying issues. I am a believer in all three fields of thought and include them in training Lightworker Practitioners. I believe that our thoughts do indeed create emotional responses and behaviour. I also believe that until a certain emotional maturity is met, children are very reactive and this can also flow onto adulthood if certain emotional

milestones have not been met. And, in the issue of past lives, I do believe they exist, but only to help us in the here and now. I only assist others with their past to empower them in the present, not to dwell on what happened or what they feel was lost.

By owning our thoughts, our behaviour and our capacity of emotional intelligence, we become conscious. We become aware of the power that they have over our lives and we commence to step into a proactive energy. Rather than continually be reactive to situations in our lives, we become more peaceful and joyful over what is and the part we play in creating it.

Consciousness happens over time the more we own and take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Time doesn’t heal all wounds, consciousness does. Ultimately it doesn’t matter when they begin, it matters when we have made our peace with them.

In Access Consciousness we talk about thoughts, feelings and emotions as being the lower

harmonics of knowing, perceiving and being, which is what we as infinite beings actually are.

One of the best questions you can ask when you are overwhelmed by thoughts and feelings is: If I wasn’t thinking or feeling this, what would I be aware of?

We don’t recognise how aware we are. We are like psychic radio receivers picking up information all the time. That includes all the thoughts and feelings that are going on in other people’s universes.

Wouldn’t it be funny if you woke up one day and realised that none of the thoughts and feelings you have been having intensely 24/7, for the last, well, your whole life, weren’t actually yours at all?

In reality, this is truer than we actually want to know. We spend most of our time and energy reacting to all the judgmental and limiting thoughts, feelings and emotions, that don’t belong to us. In fact, we create just about our entire lives on this stuff we perceive all around us, and we rarely question if any of those points of view are actually real or relevant to us. We would rather just assume we are messed up somehow. How funny is that?

If you had to recognise that you are actually happy, have no problems, can have everything you desire with more ease than you can currently imagine, what would you do with yourself all day? For starters, you would have to wake up every day and ask, “who the hell am I?” and live from the curiosity and adventure of what it is to be you, rather than buying into the judgments

that define you as normal, average, limited and like everyone else.

You would then begin to realise how different you are. There is no one else like you on the planet! Most people think if they acknowledged how different they really are, they would be alone and have no friends.

In reality, the opposite tends to occur. When you, claim, own and acknowledge how different you are, and are willing to be all of it without making the trauma, drama, thoughts, feelings and emotions real, suddenly everyone wants to be around you!

Our mind, emotions and consciousness are not separate from our physical self. Although

a mind in harmony can offer transcendence from physical ailments, many of our physical organs require specifi c nourishment to facilitate a healthy mind. When we are dealing with disharmony of the body and mind, physical manifestations of this disharmony can appear, including depression and anxiety, which I so often see in my clinic.

To some, depression is considered

a dirty word, and there is still so much stigma that surrounds this clinical term. Explaining depression and mental illness to those who have not been personally exposed to or touched by this darkness can sometimes seem impossible. I have suffered with depression from a young age, and seen many of my loved ones fi ght the same battle, and have even lost a few warriors along the way.

My studies and interest in mental health have led me to understand many underlying issues that can contribute to the manifestation of these mental

illnesses. I would like to share with you how a few of our most famous organs play a part in mental health, so that we can work to better understand the many facets of this illness, which so many of us are faced with.

The brain is one of the most powerful and complex organs in the body. It is involved with the production and utilisation of neurotransmitters, which are specifi c hormones that make us feel all sorts of different emotions. You may have heard of dopamine (involved in the feeling of reward and satisfaction),

serotonin (involved in mood balance and appetite), and GABA (helps to calm overwhelm and anxiety), which are all neurotransmitters, which have different effects on the body. An imbalance in these neurotransmitters can result in differing sorts of depression.

For example, dopamine defi cient depression often presents as being completely unmotivated, apathetic and excessive amounts of sleeping, whereas serotonin defi cient people can speak a thousand words a minute, starting a sentence with a smile and ending it in tears. A disturbance in this intricate balance of chemicals doesn’t necessarily happen in the brain, however.

The gastrointestinal system has an almighty job, encompassing the digestion of food, extraction and absorption of nutrients, in turn fuelling the entire body. Much of its function is dependent on the foods we choose to ingest, and much of our body’s function as a whole is a systemic refl ection of these choices. Not only is the nervous system intrinsically linked to the gut by neural pathways, but up to 90 per cent of serotonin production actually comes from the gut! Disturbed gut function can be a precursor to a disturbance in neurotransmitter production!

So, gut and brain aside, the other major organ that naturopaths love to

support is the liver. The liver is such a beautiful and complex organ, located just underneath the right ribcage. It is responsible for some of the most important duties of healthy body function, including toxic metabolism and elimination, and (you guessed it!) production of neurotransmitters. Via an absolutely fascinating process called methylation, the liver depends on specifi c nutrients to create a balanced level of neurotransmitters. Defi ciency in these nutrients, which include B12, zinc, and folinic acid, can result in a disturbance in the methylation cycle and consequent neurotransmitter production, resulting

in the manifestation of mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety.

As you can see, although very briefl y summarised, there are many facets that come into play when we are dealing with disharmony of the mind that is not a result of circumstantial situations. Herbs, nutrients and fl ower essences are all tools that naturopaths can draw from in order to provide assistance to patients suffering from depression and anxiety.

Depression has a different relationship with each of its victims – sometimes it is a coping mechanism; sometimes it is a learned behaviour; sometimes it is a physical imbalance that needs correction; and sometimes it is there to remind us how strong we are.

Having spent many years getting on top of my own depression, I do believe that we have the mental ability to create a ladder from that pit of despair out into the light, with consciousness, affi rmations and thought processes all forming rungs on that ladder. With assistance and a change of habits, eventually each length of time spent in that pit of despair lessens, as we get a better grasp on the mental tools we need to get out.

The important thing to remember is, you are loved, you are important, you are powerful beyond measure.

What if it’s a huge conglomeration of everything you expect to

see, with all the judgments about what a body ‘your’ age should look like, and what your mother/father/aunty/grandmother looked like at ‘your’ age; plus a big dose of beliefs about what you’ve been eating, how you’ve been sleeping, and a dollop of all the worries you have?

OMG! Aaaarggghh!Take a big breath!What if you have no idea what you

actually look like?Would you be willing to try a

different possibility for your body?My point of view? Life is too darn

short for feeling grumpy, stuck, blah, or old.

So all those things you’ve been holding on to, the past upsets, traumas, dramas, and worries, in every cell of your body, and every pore of your being, would you be willing to let it just

blow on through, let it go, and let it keep moving?

Here’s a Daily Pleasure-cise to do just that.

(I call it “Energy Exercise Class” because it tones up the energy ‘muscles’ to allow change at a cellular level and beyond.)

Take a minute to, breathe in, feel your toes and then breathe out with a sigh. Aaaahhh! Feel your fingertips. Allow a soft stream of gold to pour over your head, through your head and through your whole body and out your feet and right through the floor and into the earth.

Make it a continuous, gentle and soft stream that rinses through every muscle, every cell, all the nooks and crannies where tension is being held. Through your scalp, face, jaw, neck and chest. Let the gold pour through your back and tummy, taking tiredness or tension with it. You can go fast or slow

with it. Don’t imagine it or visualise it. Just do it.

Breathe deep again and allow the soft gold energy to flow through your hips, your genitals, down past your knees, ankles, through the soles of your feet and into the earth.

You can remain connected and flow energy through you and into the earth all the time. Anything you let go of is just energy which contributes to the earth.

A huge window of possibilities has opened for releasing dis-ease and limitations with bodies, with ease, now and I will be including this in the rescheduled free telecall (see below). What if you were no longer at the effect of time and the cause, and effect reality? What if the past no longer holds us captive? Woohoo!

You’re sitting in a space where clarity pervades, a space where you feel free and safe and

Your fingers reflect the movement of others, and as a circle of nimble fingers do their business, so do the hearts of the weavers, intertwining and connecting with each other through shared stories, smiles and insights.

This is sacred work, this is tapping into the divine, into the creative force that flows throughout the universe that makes the universe come alive as we feel a deep sense of belonging, of knowingness of our place within it. This is a space beyond words, where

language and culture can meet and commune through connection to nature and the powerful energy of creative practice. It is a practise of active meditation.

Indigenous cultures throughout the world have a long lineage of basketry. The wisdom embodied in the weave reflects the warp and weft of life, of cultural and community connection, of heart-based living in tune with the natural environment. This knowledge has been handed down, parent to child, grandparent to grandchild, since time began, and tapping into this practice reignites memories that bring us back to these times of our forefathers (and mothers). When we connect through the art of basketry with weavers from diverse cultures, especially Indigenous cultures on their traditional soil, we have the opportunity to share and learn from each other through roots that still traverse the earth as they have done for lifetimes.

Your body is a masterpiece which is controlled and co-ordinated by your brain. The way your

brain does this is by sending and receiving electrical impulses or messages along the nerves. These impulses must be in synchronisation for you to feel great and function well.

Most of the nerves in your body either start or finish in the skull. They then travel down through a big hole in the base of your skull into the spinal canal, forming the spinal cord. Your canal should be straight from the front and have a healthy “C” shaped curve from the side. This alignment provides the ideal protection to the nerves.

Sadly, poor posture, whiplash injuries, knocks, bumps and falls can injure the neck and can cause the spine to become misaligned. If you have a misalignment of the spine, this can alter the shape of the spinal canal, disturbing the nerves. These misalignments are known as ‘subluxations’.

New research conducted by Dr Jeb

McAviney, who is the clinical director of Sydney Scoliosis Clinic, found that patients who lost the normal curve in the neck are 18 times more likely to suffer with headaches. There are many things that can cause headaches which come from the neck:• Pinch nerve. People often talk about a

“Pinched nerve” which does happen but is actually quite rare.

• Sprain of the joints or ligaments. • Strain of the muscles.• Disc injury. Although disc injuries are

most common in the lower back, neck disc injuries are particularly nasty.

These conditions also commonly can lead to tension in the neck and even headaches and migraine. A study conducted at the Institute of Medical Biology at the University of Odense in Denmark showed that chiropractic care reduced both the intensity and frequency of headaches. Patients had 69% less headaches and 36% decline in the intensity of their headaches (JMPT 1997).

Dr Wayne Wittingham, chiropractor, PhD and researcher conducted several major studies with patients who were suffering with headaches and migraines. One study was a double blind study with a crossover aspect. This means the patients received eight weeks of treatment and eight weeks of a sham or fake treatment. Another group received the sham or fake treatment first, then eight weeks of real chiropractic treatment.

This study not only showed that chiropractic care reduces the severity, intensity and frequency of headaches and migraines, but because of the crossover aspect, also showed that chiropractic care actually prevented headaches and migraines occurring.

The opportunity to guide an associate to overcome fear when the banks were closing in,

planted the seeds to create Life Turnaround Project.

Fear diminishes confidence and self-belief, as well as the ability to think clearly. At times when fear is hanging around, it is easy to forget who is in control of your destiny. What you think is what you will create. Limiting thoughts and beliefs will not change your direction.

There was a lot of me in that first project as I have also struggled with life and fear. The GFC, some bad decisions in business with the wrong people creating losses in excess of a million dollars highlighted for me what fear can and does do if you let it.

Then five years ago, health issues compounded the financial struggle when I suffered a stroke and a number of TIAs (small strokes). A couple of years later, three members of my family passed away over a five-week period

and whoa… where was the universe trying to guide me?

In order to regain my health and focus on creating a different path in my life after a disastrous fall in business, study and the lure of a law degree seemed a good alternative. Having recently finished a law degree and now doing a Masters of Training and Development, the time seemed right to put all the material gained to use.

The investment over the past thirty years in personal development seminars and courses (such as NLP) including a library of books has not been wasted. All the information has created a vast knowledge of how to use the ability given to us all with the power of our mind and thinking to change and create our lives. Our human design can also get in the way. After finding my human design was to guide and mentor people instead of trying to make everything happen, things started to fall into place.

Together with my background in finance, property and small business (and now my legal knowledge), I’ve

put my skill-set together to help people to navigate the journey of their life to reclaim their lives and overcome fear.

Planning, different strategies and techniques are needed to change thinking patterns, take control and become empowered. Look at your life as a garden. How many years did it take for the garden to become overgrown and in need of pruning? The process of change is not going to happen overnight. It takes time and practice – it can be easy to fall back into old habits allowing the weeds to take control again.

Disease is “dis-ease”.We seek wellness, but for

many of us we create mental dis-ease instead.

We use the mind to try to find solutions, when, in fact, for many, the mind is the problem to begin with.

We need connection with consciousness to liberate our mind and free us from dis-ease.

So what is mind and what is consciousness?

The mind is like a computer. It downloads the messages we absorb from the world, installs repeated messages as programs, and operates our thoughts and actions based on whatever these programs are.

Unfortunately for many of us, we have had installed a lot of fear-based programs:

By diagnosing and treating a symptom at its energetic level, the

physical state will automatically be treated.

For example: “I am not good enough” creates anxiety. This shows up in the solar plexus as butterflies. The anxiety energy stimulates the adrenal gland, which activates the pineal gland to create visions in the mind about what could go wrong because “I am not good enough” causes the mind to create dis-ease that, if left untreated, can lead to depression.

When the blockage is released from the solar plexus and the energetic flow is in harmony again, the anxiety is removed and depression can be avoided.

When treated, we are then free to consciously choose the types of affirmative programs that the mind can be programmed with, such as, “I achieve whatever I put my heart into.”

With a conscious mind we can eliminate dis-ease and live a life of well-being.

The Russians have many secrets in their vast country that have evaded the western mind and

western scientists, either because many are just not interested or because they simply don’t believe the Russian research findings.

However, Russian scientists have done massive amounts of investigation into areas that western science does not often go, nor will go because of scepticism. Examples would be the investigation of psychic phenomena of which the Russian government has official research departments; and the work with Indigo or advanced children where the Russian government has a quiet facility for investigating paranormal events with these children.

The Russians have also claimed a wonder stone found in their country now known as Shungite (originally called ‘black stone’ or ‘slate stone’). It’s from the region known as Karelia near to Lake Onega and in the North West of Russia not too far from the Finnish border located in the Republic

of Karelia. Russia has by far the largest world deposits.

Shungite is a very ancient rock formation and natural mineral of an unusual molecular structure. In its pure form it’s 98% carbon and has a glossy lustrous look. Black shungite, the most common form, is more in the realm of 50-70% purity. From early times local residents were aware of Shungite’s power for purifying water as well as healing many illnesses. General knowledge of shungite in the west only began in about 2006.

Shungite has been used in medical treatment since the early 18th century. Peter the Great set up Russia’s first spa in Karelia to make use of the water purifying properties of shungite, which he and his family had experienced. He also instigated its use in providing purified water for the Russian army. The antibacterial properties of shungite have been confirmed by modern testing.

Shungite receives its healing power from its makeup which is fullerene, a globular hollow molecular structure

consisting of several dozens of carbon atoms. When fullerenes, the special molecular formation, were discovered in shungite a few decades ago, it increased its importance. A fullerene is a molecule of carbon in the form of a hollow sphere and many other shapes. Spherical fullerenes are also called buckyballs, and they resemble the balls used in soccer. The first fullerene molecule to be discovered was in 1985 by five scientists at Rice University, USA. The name was in homage to Buckminster Fuller, whose geodesic domes it resembles.

The end of financial year marks the end of the business year, the time we find out how we have

performed over the year. Is the credit card maxed out and the bank account empty? Is the bank account full but you’re not sure how or why? Were you busy but the financial rewards just not there?

This is confronting, how have you REALLY done this year? It’s that time when you see your accountant, do your tax return and have the figures there in black and white. A good question to ask yourself at this time is, if you had a job would you go to work all year for the money you have made through your business?

Whether we like it or not, money is the energy that we trade, it is the measure of success in business, you may have great customer reviews, you may help many people but if you are not supporting your needs financially you have not really had a successful year and long term this is not sustainable.

Not that money is the only measure of success, it is imperative for your survival and your ability to create a thriving business. Customer satisfaction, making a difference and personal satisfaction are all important too as without them business would not be much fun or very fulfilling. Imagine making a million dollars and being totally miserable, having your beliefs compromised every day and having no time to do the things you love – I wouldn’t call this success either.

End of financial year is a time to take stock of the last year, how profitable were you? What worked well? What would you like more of? How do you feel at the end of each day?

You cannot change the past but you can learn from it, you can learn many valuable things about yourself and your business. The past does not have to dictate the future, but the lessons from the past shape our future.

When most of us think of health and wellbeing, we tend to think exercise, nutrient-rich foods, sleep and healthy relationships. We rarely think of our

financial wellbeing. But the fact is that money is a leading cause of stress and stress is a leading cause of disease. How we relate to, and use money (our financial wellbeing), is a very important part of our overall wellbeing.

I like to think of money as a form of energy. We use money to value our time, talents, wisdom, services and skills. We also trade money for the things we need and want in our lives that we don’t have the time or knowledge to be able to create ourselves. This could be a loaf of bread, some clothes, a car etc.

As with all energy – it needs to flow. A lack of flow can cause dis-ease or stress. But energy also needs balance as a lack of balance can cause us to focus too much of our time or attention on it.

Most of us spend too much of our time and energy each day thinking (consciously and unconsciously) about money. We are either working to earn it, spending it, investing it, worrying about it, obsessing over it or ignoring it. Relationships offer you the best growth. Consciously working with your partner on reflections in each other is a necessary part of your expansion and inner happiness. If you are avoiding addressing stuff in your relationship because you may hurt the other person, or they can’t talk to you, or you both

get too emotional to communicate well and with compassion, seek help. Your relationship is your reflection. It will show up eventually in the next relationship so pick one that you can address everything with, and talk out anything with and nurture each other’s emotions in the challenging times. 5. Ask the question – “What do you need from me for this to end well?”

If you are solid in your decision, trust that and ask your partner, “What do you need from me for this to end well?” Care for them and trust that they have their own inner guidance and if it is really true for you, it will also be true for them. Love has magic and wonder in it when it truly goes both ways. Give your partner what they need, support each other as much as you can and welcome the next love experience in for each other. It will find you if you are willing.

The mug slipped from my hands and crashed into the sink, cracking itself open on the tap as

it fell. Gravity, there’s no escaping it, unless you have twenty million dollars to spend on a space flight. The mug was beyond repair. It was a gift from a friend who knew I was low on mugs. Why?

Because they break. Entropy conspires with gravity and things crash, crack, shatter and smash. We would have to live in a world of foam and feathers to avoid it. Some may say I’m clumsy but it’s beyond my control.

Entropy sees everything crumble to dust eventually.

I’ve heard a theory espoused by a particularly happy chap. He believes that entropy began with the Big Bang. Therefore when the universe reaches its final boundary and its expansion reverses to rush back in on itself, so

entropy will reverse also. When that happens all the things we’ve broken will fuse back together, all erosion will reform, everything will magically fix itself and all will be whole and pristine. Unfortunately at about the same time as everything gets better, the enormous gravity of a Black Hole will render us all dust again. But the thought of reverse entropy keeps him amused, anything to help him through the damage and loss that every day brings.

I picked the broken pieces out of the sink and realised that my favourite bowl had been chipped by a flying shard of porcelain. I loved this bowl, it reminded me of careless summer days, strawberries and laughter. I looked at the small scar it now bore on the rim and my first thought was to throw it away. It was damaged, sullied, no longer perfect. Why would I want something that was no longer beautiful,

that was damaged? Instead of summer and laughter it reminded me that we are all victims of forces beyond our control.

But as I went to toss the offending object a little smidgen of compassion entered the equation. It wasn’t the bowl’s fault it was no longer perfect.

A small chip adds character and another chapter to its story. As well as good times it’s seen adversity and come through only slightly scathed. It was still useful and still beautiful. And as I realised I was going to keep the bowl, I also realised a little smidgen of compassion for myself and those around me. How harsh it is to expect all things to be perfect and beautiful. Life gives us gravity and entropy, chips and scars. It’s inescapable. We choose how we respond.

they can be very somber, sad and talk about ‘dying’ when he is not doing what he wants such as IT at home. Lockie was expressing his emotions consciously of what was happening in his mind but it was delivered in a way that the parents interpreted as suicidal thoughts. Now aware, the parents organised Lockie for home schooling learning with IT. Lockie was happy to ‘school’ and his mind and emotions were at peace.

Children will always show their emotions and be fully conscious of them and search for peace of mind instantly.

Have you watched a newborn baby and seen how conscious they are and in touch with their

emotions? There is no fear of them and they use them accordingly to the body consciousness. When a baby is ‘upset’ they cry and let everyone know how they feel. The lungs hold the emotion grief. The child ‘speaks’ what is consciously happening for them such as ‘I am hungry’, ‘I have stomach pain’ and even ‘I want a cuddle’ by crying. Their mind is developed to speak the earth language that adults will understand if they have pain and say help me.

As young children we can hurt ourself and have ‘Mummy’ kiss the sore hand and ‘make it all better’. The emotions are in and out very quickly from fear, love and to peace of mind. Children’s minds are not developed or taught to be conscious of holding on to the illusion of pain or negative emotion. The mind is simple, conscious and connected with absolute love easily and quickly.

Adam was brought to me when he was two weeks old. He never cried and

his Mum was concerned that something was wrong. Adam would sleep through the night, eat when she woke him for four-hourly feeds and always so content. Mum was not conscious that she was giving Adam everything he needed to have peace of mind – food, warm bed, support and safety and all the basic needs. There was no need for Adam to express any emotion other than peace of mind and pure contentment. It was Mum who was not conscious of her own emotions thinking something was wrong but all was perfect. Her mind created pain for her thinking Adam was in pain but he was perfect.

Lockie, 13 years old seemed to be depressed as he never wanted to go to school. When at home, he was on a high as he played computer games. His parents were concerned something was happening at school as his mood changed each school day and he would say unconscious comments like ‘I would rather die than go to school’. His mind appeared negative. During the session I shared that Lockie was a STAR child and

Regardless of whether you are an adult or child, the ‘behaviours’ of the mind can affect you in all that

you do. Meditation is wonderful for people

of all ages, but a lot of people struggle with quietening their mind and reaching that peaceful state with thoughts and emotions invading their clarity. Others can successfully hold this state during and after meditation and yet still, there are some who are able to reach this beautiful state in set times of solace, only for their minds to become overactive and chaotic when they are interacting with others and going about their day.

Is it possible to transfer chemicals from my body to my child in utero, and if so, to what degree? Is it

possible that my baby boy’s genitalia hasn’t developed properly because of the chemicals I put on my body and/or on him? What really is the impact of the mostly untested chemicals used in everyday skin, hair, beauty, personal, oral and baby care products? Do we really know?

So, why should I be concerned about hormones? How can they possibly harm my baby?

Our children’s endocrine and detoxification systems are not developed enough to be able to deal effectively with chemicals and toxins.

Professor Marc Cohen of the RMIT University in Melbourne states that one of the quickest ways a woman will detox is through pregnancy, another is

through breast-feeding. Breast-feeding is by far the absolute best start you can give your child and I personally encourage all mums to breast-feed and to also breast-feed for as long as they can.

What I wish to bring awareness to is that it is becoming increasingly apparent that detoxing prior to conception to avoid transferring fat soluble chemicals onto our babies in utero and then continuing to do the same through breast-feeding, is one of the best steps you can make to give your child a healthy, vibrant start to life.

Physiologically undeveloped – Babies’ and young children’s bodily systems are generally underdeveloped compared to those of adults, in fact research is showing that it takes up to the age of seven for a baby to develop the ability to detoxify to the degree of

an adult. Babies have a larger ingestion of food, fluid and air per weight measurement than adults, the effect of toxins has a much greater ability to inflict harm.

Rapid development and growth – Growth and development occurs most in the first few years of life and as a result, any toxins which interfere with systems that are still being established in the human body can greatly impede development and destroy cells such as those of the brain and nervous system.

Nature has handed us a wonderful gift in the form of the essential oils that are an

integral part of every plant on this planet. True holistic aromatherapy works on so many different levels, incorporating the pharmacological, the psychotherapeutic, and the metaphysical. Australia is the home of many unique plants, two of which have been the focus of a great deal of research during recent years. Both of these oils are incredibly exciting! The list of therapeutic properties and their volatile oils range from being anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, and therapeutic for the skin, as well as having a huge impact on the mental and emotional state of any person who comes in contact with them.

I would like to introduce you to the Tasmanian native Kunzea oil (Kunzea

Ambigua) and Fragnoia oil (Agonis Fragans) from the south of Western Australia. Kunzea oil was discovered in 1993 when Tasmanian farmer John Hood decided to do some investigating after he realised his 35-year-old northern boundary fence hadn’t gone rusty like all his other fences of a similar age. He and other farmers had also noticed that native animals often slept under Kunzea plants – it has since been found that the plants gave them relief from ticks and other parasites. Mr Hood then began a period of research and development which culminated in the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration granting approval for Kunzea Oil to be used for the following purposes: the temporary relief of arthritic pain; relief from the symptoms of flu; relief from muscular aches and pains; healing cuts and bruises; and to relieve nervous tension, stress and

mild anxiety. Fragonia oil has quite similar properties, however studies carried out by Dr Daniel Penoel, a world renowned French physician who specialises in the therapeutic use of essential oils, have identified that the way in which Fragonia helps to rebalance, regulate, calm and help people let go of negative patterns of behaviour is so complimentary to Kunzea’s stress-reducing properties that he has labelled them the Yin and Yang of aromatherapy.

The Tao – the Yin and Yang of it all: Dr Peneol believes Fragonia represents the yin or female aspect of the Tao and Kunzea the yang or male aspect. The combination of both oils seems to reunify the Tao and provide a new level of results that cannot be obtained just with the individual use of each oil. Both oils are extremely safe to use undiluted on the skin, or in my favourite way as a calming mist. What a beautiful gift the Australian bush has given us!

Tears streamed down my face as he stared into my eyes. As I cradled him in my arms, at that

moment, I knew, I had found my best friend. Moscow was my Golden Labrador puppy. He was loyal, loving, playful and forgiving. Moscow was my rock and he taught me how divine dogs really are.

For as long as I can remember, I dreamt about making cakes for dogs. I did not realise one day it would become a reality. I love dogs and I love cake and what better way to express my love for them than with a Pupcake. As I became conscious of my health and physical well-being, it was only natural to extend this to my four-legged friends.

In 2011, at almost 15 years of age, Moscow passed away. Three months later, I decided to honour the dogs in this world and began making Pupcakes to order. Through my research on dog nutrition, I created Pupcakes using organic and natural ingredients. My vision was to create finely decorated Pupcakes that were both healthy and nutritious.

Through experimentation, I

developed a dog-friendly Easter egg recipe which made me think of creating a Pupcake recipe book. Along with making Pupcakes, I began to share the wisdom and personalities of dogs with the world. Over time, my creative passion dwindled and I made the difficult decision to

suspend sales. Not long after, I embarked on the journey of motherhood. Though I had decided to let Pupcakes go, Pupcakes did not want to let go of me. Some nights I would lie awake dreaming of Pupcake designs and recipes to be collated into a book.

This was the manifestation of my desire to expand beyond my maternal role. Acting on this realisation, Pupcakes was brought back to life. As parents, we give so much of ourselves to our children and we can easily forget to nurture ourselves. Through creating a Pupcake recipe book, I renewed my passion and focus whilst raising my daughter. I could have my cake… and eat it too!

My photographer, Sonya Perks (cousin and mother of three), captured stunning portraits of dogs celebrating special occasions and everyday life. Nine months later, thousands of photographs taken and many recipes trialled, my dream is becoming a reality. My book is now available for pre-order.

processed heat treated grains and fi llers with multiple chemical additives and colorants.

So many of today’s commercial “foods” are touted as being “well balanced” and “full of goodness” when they are in fact full of highly processed grains, poor percentage and low quality protein, nil probiotic value, and include questionable preservatives, food colourings and additives!

There is no requirement to list the gluten on the packaging – gluten from

GMO and Round-up ready wheat crops contains poisonous glyphosate, and melamine residues have also been found from stock which may cause renal failure in our pets and ourselves. Gluten is used regularly in formulae because it holds the kibble together. Pet food may have preservatives such as BHA, BHT, Ethoxyquin, and allergenic “Food colouring” such as tartrazine yellow dyes, carmine red dyes, and other coal tar substances which are potentially toxic ingredients packaged in BPA (bisphenol A – that white plastic lining in cans and dry food bags), which commercial food needs to have to provide long shelf lives, in order to make a profi table sale.

Our pets don’t care what colour their food is! It’s all a gimmick to make the

soya-hydrolysed product look like “cheese, meat and vegetables”. Don’t be fooled. Natural diets including raw meaty bones can

be balanced and can provide a benefi cial diet for pets. There are many

Food sensitivities, allergies and intolerances These symptoms suggest that you are reacting or sensitive

to something, but what? The digestive system is basically a long tube, so inflammation is often generated from something that has entered from the outside. What does the gut carry? Food! So it is more than likely that something you are eating is reacting. Even if it is seemingly healthy. Many people will cut out gluten and dairy, but still have reactions. Perhaps you are reacting to the gluten free products? Many people don’t consider vegetables as intolerances, but they certainly can be. These foods can activate the “hypersensitive” part of your immune system. This response does not always become evident straight after you eat the food. This makes it very hard to identify what the reactant food is. Reactant foods can damage the gut lining and this can cause irritation and lowered nutrient absorption.

Microbial imbalanceBacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites could all potentially be

causing your symptoms. You have trillions of bacteria in your gut and they can easily become imbalanced.A condition known as small intestinal dysbiosis (or SIBO) is characterised by excess bloating usually caused by an imbalance in bacteria. There are bacteria that help with the breakdown of carbohydrates, some fibres and other protein. When there is not enough of the “good guys” in there you will experience increased gas, reflux and bloating because the other bacteria will ferment your food and produce gas. Fatigue, foggy mind, irritation and poor motivation can be secondary symptoms of SIBO. There are tests that can determine the level of SIBO.If the food is not being broken down properly in the small intestines the large intestines have too much work placed on them and hence Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) may develop.The role of bacterial imbalance in IBS and SIBO is very well documented and recognised in both Naturopathic and Conventional Medicine.

Hypochloridia and low digestive enzymesHypochloridia is low stomach acid. Stomach acid is essential

for breaking down proteins and it starts the whole digestion process off. There is a belief that reflux is caused by too much stomach acid, when in fact it may be from not enough stomach acid. If stomach acid is low, it opens the digestive system to bacteria that alter our digestion, in particular fermentation and breakdown of carbohydrates. This can produce lots of gas and cause changes in bowel movements. Hypochlorydia can also cause iron and B12 deficiency, leading to fatigue and anaemia. Enzymes help us break down foods and absorb the nutrients. Many people pass undigested food or have irregular bowel movements because they are lacking sufficient levels of the enzymes required. Food that does not digest correctly and travel through the digestive tract in a timely manner can feed bacteria, giving rise to bloating, brain fog, fatigue and cramping to name a few.

StressWhen you are exposed to stress, trauma or illness your

body’s hormones cortisol and adrenaline become out of balance. This greatly influences bowel movements as it can cause damage to the cells that line the gut. We know the feeling of “butterflies” in the tummy or nausea when we are nervous so we know there is a gut:brain connection. When you are stressed your body is unable to heal properly and digest food efficiently.

Ironically, to have a happy mind you need to have a happy gut! In an article I was reading, Dr Gershon, from University of Columbia, states that 95% of serotonin is made in your gut, this is your happy, feel good neurotransmitter!
